We rested on April 14-21 with a child of 1.7 years old, we chose the hotel ourselves without a travel agent, after looking at 100 hotels.
1. TERRITORY - not very green, 2-3 scattered palm trees. But on the other hand, the lawns and flowers are very well-groomed, cleanliness is everywhere, close to the beach, a playground with swings and roundabouts. Minus a point for the lack of elevators in the buildings. There is only one from the reception to the bar and restaurant. If with a stroller, then you need to ask on the first floors. And since there was a full load, then it will not be possible to solve this issue even for money.
2. SEA. Lowered the score because the bay is the windiest in this part of Sharm. There is entry into the sea without corals, and the rest of the beach part is a coral plateau. There are good corals if you swim to the depth. All the same, the reef is half-dead, gray. At the end of the beach there is a long pontoon from another hotel. I think you can see a good reef there. But, we didn’t go there, because. there was a strong wind, and a red flag was often hung.

3. BEACH. Very clean, spacious. We got up early, from 7 to 8 we occupied a sunbed. If you like to sleep, then after 10 you will not find a free place. The sunbeds are comfortable, there are paravanes from the wind. The bar and snacks on the beach are open until 18.00. Very convenient, delicious burgers and fries. Ice cream and fresh juices for $1.
4. STAFF. Very friendly, unobtrusive, neatly dressed. In the restaurant, when fully loaded, they work quickly. The bartenders are great. Excellent cocktails at a high level. The cleaner is friendly, always encouraged. Although we did not ask to be cleaned, only water, garbage, and towels. The child caught rotavirus, then even at 11 pm, when we urgently needed to change the bed, he rushed and quickly did everything.
5. FOOD. Very good, considering that this is Egypt. The restaurant is big, there was always enough space for everyone. Highchairs in more or less normal condition. Food without an abundance of Egyptian spices.
- Breakfast - sliced sausage and cheese on demand (that is, it does not cost, does not become weathered and does not turn sour), scrambled eggs, natural yoghurts in bags, for children, yogurts with fruits were given separately for cutting sausages, very tasty. Surprisingly good coffee (although we took custard with us). Fruits, dried apricots, prunes, good pastries, fresh croissants, cereals, milk porridges…
- Lunch - 2 types of soup, dietary corner (boiled meat and vegetables, and different every day), Italian corner (pasta, pizza, lasagna, grilled vegetables in Italian), a special corner with world cuisines (we didn’t eat anything there, because the names were incomprehensible), vegetables, fruits, sweets.
- Dinner is heaven. Quail, veal, tuna and other grilled fish. Shrimps, crabs, squids. Potatoes in different interpretations. Very tasty desserts (I will note the Egyptian national halava), and not the same in different servings, but really different. Cheesy, with nuts, cream, like Turkish sweets, chocolate, in short, mega delicious. Cola, Fanta Sprite Unlimited from the machine.

All in all, the hotel is great, especially for families with children. Plz be careful in the pool with small children. Our child caught rotavirus, and already being in the clinic under droppers, we saw dozens of children with the same intestinal infection from other hotels. 99% of them swam in pools.
Next time we will definitely come back to Barcelo.
