We had a family vacation in September 2021, this is NOT the first trip to Sharm, so we have something to compare with. I'm outraged by the reviews that it's not clean and bad staff - a pure lie! The staff is so polite and friendly that involuntarily the first days you look for a catch - but there is none. You are welcome at every bar, in a restaurant, by the pools, they bring you drinks everywhere, they ask how you are doing, while absolutely not intrusive, they just do their job. The food is good, there were shrimp and other seafood, a lot of meat dishes, delicious salads, and for sweets and desserts a separate respect. The territory is clean and large, cleaned constantly. In general, a lot of impressions and emotions, our vacation was a success.
