My husband and I stayed at this hotel in September.
So, if you arrive at night or early in the morning, be prepared to wait until 14-15 to be settled, despite the fact that the rooms were free! With us next door! At the reception boors, attitude to fuck off! Watched a lot of different situations!
Further, we lived in a room with a jacuzzi, don’t be fooled, it’s only relevant in winter, otherwise it’s not clear what you pay for.
The room is spacious, but worn out, there is hot water, water, coffee tea in the rooms too.
Leave a tip, they'll clean it up well, don't leave it, they'll pretend. . .

Further, about food - it is worth visiting this hotel, the menu is varied, there are always a couple of types of fish, meat, side dishes and a lot of sweets, but be prepared for the fact that you have to beg for food, and drinks, especially alcoholic ones, all the more so, the staff is all dissatisfied, such the feeling that you are there for free everything you drink and eat, although the hotel is not cheap.
You can go to the Ala carte restaurant in one out of three, although in other hotels, cheaper one time each. The restaurant is not good!
The sea... it’s like it’s not here, it’s there, but it’s a swamp.
Walk 300 meters along the pontoon and there will be water up to your waist... and people around each other's necks. Corals... I don’t know where and who found corals there, there are no fish at all.
The beach is huge, but there are no people... everyone hangs out at the main pool, I don’t understand why people fly to Egypt then ?!
Animation is also at the pool, at zero level... apart from morning exercises and aerobics, we didn’t notice anything.
80% of tourists are locals and crowds of children. . . and only they are served)))) you have to go to the bar yourself.
In the evening after dinner, you can immediately go to bed, as there is no entertainment program! Oh yes, relaxing music is playing on the terrace and couples are sitting... when there is music, parties, etc. in neighboring hotels.
Just a hotel for someone over 50!
I do not advise young people to go here at all.
The hotel is in Nabq Bay, so if you want to go to old town, soho, etc. , a taxi is $ 10-15 one way, in short, far from all civilization!
And the last straw of our spoiled vacation was that we were ripped off $ 30 for a late check-out, that is, not at 12, but at 14, we somehow didn’t encounter it before, the check-out was at night, then early in the morning, just without warnings, no one dialed and said nothing, the fault was essentially ours, they didn’t specify, but when booking the hotel they paid $ 100 extra for a late departure, in short, something like this...
