We rest 5 people, me, my husband, his sister, the eldest son 2.9 years old and the youngest 10 months. The concept of "late dinner" or at least something like a late snack for guests is not taken into account. I had to order to the room for an additional fee, of course, and it would be better if I didn’t do it ..

The Family Room, in general, is not bad, but "tired" ...Although the main thing is that everything works properly . . The rooms are cleaned every day, but somehow. There is no iron, slippers or bathrobes in the room.

The kitchen is monotonous . . Every day the same thing ...There is no children's menu and I feed them only rice and pasta . . They don’t really eat anything else, and sometimes soups ..
The juices are terrible, very concentrated, and after I tried it, I vomited a lot . . Since then, I give only tea or bottled water.

It was nice to get feedback, although I did not expect it, but after I left a review, the next day I was contacted in order to discuss what I had written and try to correct the situation. And this is a very big plus!
As it turned out, I was in the dark, our guide / agent had to say that if suddenly we needed any help (food / bathrobes / slippers / iron and much more), all that was needed was to contact Guest Relations, Irina, and she would help and explain what's what. But alas, I found out about this 2 days before departure ...
As I wrote, the food is monotonous and the children's menu is not taken into account, but it turns out that you can go to the Chef in the kitchen in advance (in the morning, for example) and tell about the child's preferences, you don't have to pay extra for this, it was a pleasant surprise.
Slippers and bathrobes are also available upon request, as well as an ironing board and iron.
Regarding the cleaning of the room, it turned out awkward, of course I wrote that they clean it anyhow, but they come every day, and I also forgot to write that women do not work here, but only men. And so, therefore, I attributed everything to this.
In general, the staff and managers apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to clean the room well and sent a complimentary fruit bouquet. Which is very nice. Today there was a small “incident”, I found out that it turns out that you can’t take takeaway food in a restaurant by the sea “mermaid” (mermaid), I asked my husband to bring food to the room because we were late for dinner (were at sea), and after that I put the children to bed , but due to the fact that I fed (gv), I wouldn’t have endured until dinner ...My husband returned and said that they didn’t give takeaway food and I stomped to eat it myself ...This is strange, because you can take it from the main restaurant without problems.
