We stayed at the hotel for 11 nights from late March to early April.
Room: When checking in for $ 20, they offered to upgrade the room category from superior to family room. Agreed. Gave room 2134, closer to the beach and pools. There is essentially one bedroom in the room, separated from the second by sliding doors, but they do not close tightly and this is a conditional partition, nothing more, not full-fledged doors. Behind them is a section with two single beds. The room has everything you need, safe, kettle, shower accessories, terrace. Cleaning daily, cleaned well, only towels are not changed unless asked. Mosquitoes were only on the first night. Further we saw the rooms on the first floor of the family superior category, here there is a really separate isolated second bedroom and a room more than just a family room. If they had known, they would have chosen this room with a surcharge on the spot. With children, it is still more convenient.
Hotel: the hotel is large, well maintained, good staff and normal service. Several bars, swimming pools, the main party was heated, as it is not hot and the sea is cold.

Food: Three restaurants, main and two a la carte, Asian and Italian. We were in Italian, nothing special. There are complaints in the main restaurant: the dishes are washed poorly, there are no teaspoons as a class at all, only plastic ones, and very few ceramic cups, as soon as they run out - it remains to drink everything from plastic or paper cups. The food is normal, nothing outstanding, everything is repeated, something changes from hot for lunch and dinner and sometimes desserts. In general, there are plenty to choose from. Juices are terrible, concentrate, we could not drink, as well as local alcohol. And there are practically no fruits, or rather, there are apple slices soaked in water, unripe green melons, dates, oranges, tangerines, pomegranates. And then canned peaches and pineapples. We went for fruit in the nearest shops behind the hotel.
There is always a place to eat, snack bars and so on. Burgers, ice cream, drinks.
Water park: greatly saves the whole situation, however, in the very baby zone the water was not heated and it was very cold. In the children's town, the water was heated, in other pools there were none, but this did not interfere. There are many slides, in general the water park greatly improved the impressions of the hotel.
The sea: it is not there, from the pier they are allowed to swim in a small paddock, the reef is dead, there is nothing to see. 400 meters from the shore is very shallow. But we knew about it, and were tuned to the water park and pools. I would not recommend this hotel to lovers of the sea, and in general this bay too, there is wind and for a long time it is shallow.
Animation: we were only interested in children, it was good, several Russian-speaking people, a mini-club where you can leave your child under supervision, some games, contests, dances, etc.
Of the pluses, I would like to note the staff, the territory, the water park, in general, the overall impression of the rest was good.
Of the minuses - complaints about the main restaurant and the sea.
