Good day. Our family of 2 adults and a child of 12 years old rested on April 19-26.2019.
I’ll start my review with the tour operator JoinUp, as always they have misunderstandings with flights, the flight to rest is delayed, and the flight back, on the contrary, is postponed to earlier. In general, whatever one may say, you pay for 7 nights 8 days, but in fact 7 nights 6.5 days. It's a shame!
ACCOMMODATION: Transfer to the hotel takes 20-30 minutes, including check-in at other hotels. If you arrived early in the morning (before 14:00), then either wait for check-in at 14 or $ in your passport and you will be settled earlier. We had a standard room on the ticket, but at the reception they asked for a family room. It costs $10 a night, but you can bargain))) as a result, we paid $50 for a two-room suite and check-in at 12:00. All staff speak Russian.

ROOM: excellent, large, clean room. There is a safe, a kettle, water, tea, coffee, everything you need in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cap, soap). Air conditioning (climate control). Cleaning the room every day, as always crafts with towels))).
TERRITORY: large, well-groomed, lots of greenery, flowers. The hotel was almost completely filled, but this was not noticeable on the territory, because. someone near the pools, someone in the water park (there were 3 times), someone at the sea, so there are a lot of sunbeds, you don’t need to borrow enough for everyone. The water in the pool is cool, but one pool is heated, and even when it is not heated, it is somehow warmer than the other. And the sea is warm in the afternoon! During high tides, you can swim from the shore without going to the Pantone.
FOOD: excellent! If you are a seafood lover, this is the place for you! Every day sea fish (fried, steamed), on certain days - crabs, shrimps, squids. A lot of pastries, sweets, fruits, a variety of salads, chicken, veal, pasta (made by Italians), pizza, etc. On the territory: burgers, ice cream, fruits... For drinks: juices, fanta, cola, sprite, tea, coffee, alcohol is not very good, but the beer is delicious.
Vacationers 50% Italians, many Arabs, as well as Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Poland.
ANIMATION separately for Italians, and separately for ours))) Our fellows, every day is thematic. During the day, exercises, water aerobics, yoga, dancing, foam party (on the beach), snake shows, acrobats, live music. . .

EXCURSIONS a city tour (free of charge), this is NOT an excursion, but you are simply taken to special shops for souvenirs, sweets, aroma oils. If you want to buy souvenirs, leave the hotel and there are a number of stalls, buy whatever you want. Prices are the same, or even less (bargain! ). There is also a METRO store (products) prices in pounds (egyp. currency) everything is much cheaper!! ! Very interesting boat trip (fish, diving), safari. We did not take excursions from the guide, because. more expensive, bought on site (go offer). For example: if you take a safari from a guide, then there will be 20 people, everyone goes in single file, in the dust, in the sand. And we rode 5 ATVs (freely, at a distance), separately accompanying, 90 minutes, tea from the Bedouins and a souvenir as a gift to the child.
What I didn't like: the bay is windy, constantly windy. They said they would end in March, but no! At the end of April, there is also, in the afternoon you can burn out, because. you don’t feel the sun, you want to warm up, and it’s cool in the evening, you need to dress. But it didn't ruin our vacation!
