Great vacation! We rested with friends in Egypt for the first time, everyone was impressed and did not want to return home. At first we ordered a tour, and then we started reading reviews about the hotel, we read such things... To be honest, we drove with caution, but as soon as we arrived at the hotel, all doubts dissipated. Russian-speaking staff, all very polite, attentive, smiling, did not give any money at the reception and settled us in neighboring and excellent rooms. True, it turned out that there were “dead” batteries in the safe and the lock on the balcony door was junk, but within 15 minutes everything was in perfect order, we didn’t even have time to unpack our things.
The rooms are cleaned daily, the bed was changed upon request, towels were changed daily, even the boy twisted all sorts of interesting figures out of them, and also decorated them with flowers. Well, a trifle, but nice.
They were fed as if for slaughter, and how can you say that the food is not tasty when there is such an abundance, because you just need to figure out what exactly you like boiled, steamed or fried... True, for a start you need to try a lot of things, but on the second day the picture clear.

The hotel area is clean, green and blooming - very beautiful, there are so many pools flowing into one another and all kinds of bridges that we could not stop admiring this beauty until the last day. Pleasant music plays, relaxation is what you need, everything is for people...
I was very surprised by the attendants with a finomenal memory for names, they asked who was called, and the next day they greeted everyone by name and did not confuse. And I was also struck by their "grip" to self-learning the Russian language. Some bartenders asked for words they didn't know and wrote down the transcription in their notebook, and then demonstrated their progress. Super!
In general, go and see for yourself what and how. You will not regret.
