The hotel was chosen because of the sea (location and the presence of a reef), we had already been to hotels in Soho many times and decided to try to change the area), especially since the wind was promised here (which is very good in summer! ) Now, in order: we arrived at the hotel at 23 -30, got into the room at 2-30 (and this is with a small child)!! ! Upon arrival, the room was given quickly, but it was not possible to get into it (the porter brought the suitcase to the room, spent a long time with the opening of the door and then evaporated (he said that for 5 minutes... ), after waiting 30 minutes and learning from the people living nearby that this is such a "feature" of the hotel with doors, we went to the reception. We were still pissed off, why the three of us got pinned and do not wait near the room (((The child was arranged to sleep on the sofa at the reception, and my husband and I alternately ran with different managers open the room (((in the end, they opened the key for us and offered to check in !!!! ! Entering the room, I saw the door opposite the bed, opened it and got into the next room, where a couple slept peacefully))) both I and they were in I was shocked (((At the reception they said that an engineer would come tomorrow and put the locks....The cup of patience was overflowing from this (((we began to demand another number (this number was 1127), they resisted for a very long time, but then led to another room (4027) The door opened, there was no ill-fated door to the neighbors and it suited us) all the more It's at 2:30 at night!
The room was not bad, clean with access to the lawn (very convenient with a child! ) Cleaned up well (we alternately left a dollar or a chocolate bar), twisted the beauty of the towels. There are no complaints here!
Territory: not very bad, but already slightly shabby, compact (which is very good in the heat! ), Many pools and beautiful views (we did not find fault with fallen tiles and yellow grass).

Sea: the sea is very good!! ! there is a paddling pool (even at low tide there was water for splashing with a child !!! ), a normal pier (we went further, there are dead and broken piers! ). Lots of fish and live corals! there is something to see, especially if you come before 7 am and there is no crowd in the water! I was very upset that after 18-00 they were kicked out of the beach (((but if you move away from our pier, sit on a towel as much as you want))) and I highly recommend seeing the sunset and sunrise !! ! on the beach in the morning allowed without problems!
Dining room (well, I don’t dare to call it a restaurant): dirty (garbage is simply swept to the floor, although a boy constantly walks and sweeps, but he is clearly not enough for such a territory. There is always a queue (no matter what time you come), all the tables are constantly occupied (((despite the fact that not everyone eats at these tables, they just sit from the beginning to the end of the meal (now I mean the Arabs, who are at least 80% there). The food is not tasty (everything is either fried-overcooked, or some slurry (vegetables are not very well washed !! ! carefully !! ! many people have digestive problems because of this !! ! there are always not enough plates and glasses (((devices also had to be looked for on their own (The eternal crowd of impudent Arabs also strained ((( children sleep on the tables during the meal, rush around the dining room knocking everything in their path (a little boy crashed into a cart and glasses fell on him, the child was covered in blood and for a long time could not find the unfortunate mother, and she ate calmly (((lack of fruit also saddened ((there were dates and chopped bananas in syrup, some kind of mesh anina from finely chopped apples and green melon EVERYTHING!! ! you can forget about seafood! there was frozen tuna, which was grilled to the coals (2 times there was some kind of seafood pie (by the way, delicious !!! ) and 2 times seafood soup....my husband also saw a salad with crab sticks)) grilled alternately quail (it was necessary to take 4-6 things to pick up the meat))), charcoal tuna, hot dogs and chicken. In principle, you won’t stay hungry, but you won’t get pleasure from eating (((the only thing that was delicious was pasta and all its variations))) sweets also disappointed (I haven’t eaten such meager and not tasty in any hotel in Egypt ( ((
Queues!!! ! everywhere!! ! and first of all they served the Arabs (who don’t know what a queue is, they always get in and immediately everyone else becomes transparent and invisible (((throwing bottles of water (moreover, they don’t look at you, this is superfluous for them, you are NOBODY for them (( (the first time I encountered this (((this is in the lobby bar!! ! in other bars they didn’t behave like that !!!! ! I didn’t drink alcohol, but I know that in Egypt it’s not very good, the juices are delicious (packaged! ! ! ), the child loved the mix of guava and mango juice very much. Bottled beer, my husband said that it looks like Obolon. It’s too bad that there were no packaged juices in the dining room (there were yuppies and fanta / pepsi), we took in our glasses in the lobby and walked with juice).
Medical assistance....but it simply is not at the hotel: the child fell out of bed during the daytime sleep and cut his head on the floor lamp, we stopped the blood (fortunately, there is always a huge cosmetic bag with medicines with you !!! ) and contacted the reception so that they helped. There they explained to us that the doctor is paid and we need to contact the insurance company and solve our problems on our own....while I was calling from my phone to the insurance company in Kyiv, a doctor (hotel) came up and, without asking what happened, began to voice my prices (( (((When I asked how to treat the wound, he told me that any consultation with him was paid, turned around and left (((the seller, not the pharmacist, also sits in the pharmacy at the hotel, he does not know his product, the drugs are arranged in alphabetical okay((((My advice: be sure to take care of the connection (suddenly some problems will arise), otherwise no one in the hotel will help you!!!!

Excursions: the guide did not particularly impose (fly from GTO), took the dolphinarium from Vova Beard (office to the left of the exit from the hotel) for $ 10 per person. A separate car with a driver came for us, drove / picked up, a lot of impressions!!! ! Definitely recommend!! ! We went to Hollywood ourselves (it starts working from 19-00, but I recommend going later, at 21-00 only the fountains are turned on), well, that's it..... we went for a walk in Soho by taxi. We didn’t go anywhere else in such heat with a child (we’ve already been almost everywhere and didn’t want to repeat in the heat). We went to George Clooney or the local "carrot"))) if someone arrives without flippers / masks, go there immediately !! ! silicone fins for 7 dollars (in the hotel 20) and masks are cheaper for the whole face. Mango and fruits for a dollar per kg (in the hotel for 2). Travel is free, the car picks up from the hotel at 18-00 and 21-00.
Definitely do not recommend this hotel! 3 stars, no more!! !
