The room is not bad, everything is in order and working, the bed is comfortable, the TV shows three Russian channels, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar is replenished every day during cleaning, you need to go to the lobby bar for drinking water. The bartenders at the lobby bar are quite unceremonious and impudent, but once we explain which of us is a vacationer and who is a hotel worker, the situation immediately changes for the better. Our room was on the first floor with a small veranda and garden furniture, the rooms on the second and third floors had balconies. The main problem of the room, and not only ours, was the key cards that did not open the door lock, I had to either go to the reception and change the cards twice, or call the reception from the corridor and the security brought new cards, instead taking the old ones. All this happened almost every day. The beach at the hotel is large, wide, there are always places and free sun loungers. There is one heated pool on the territory, it is almost impossible to swim in it, since all the vacationers in the hotel want to swim there, and at the same time. The hotel has a bar on the main pool and a bar on the beach, animation is carried out, not too noisy and moderately active, themed shows are held in the evenings in the concert hall. The hotel has a paid shuttle service, we used it for trips to the Old Town, Soho Square and Naama Bay, we were satisfied: good prices, new cars, we recommend using it. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-groomed, there is a walking alley connecting several hotels, Wi-Fi in the hotel is free only in the lobby and is very weak. Vacationers in the hotel are mainly from Ukraine, Russia and Italy.
