Just returned from Cyrene grand hotel. Rested from 25.06 to 1.07. Impressions are the best. We did not even expect that a hotel in Egypt could be at such a level.

We wanted to find cons, but we couldn't)
1. The territory is just a paradise. Beautiful, clean, well maintained, modern. Lots of pools, flowers, super places for the most fabulous photos.
2. The room is new, cleaning and changing towels every day. Bathroom in perfect condition. At our request (for a chocolate bar), without any problems, they changed it to a room with a double bed. The issue with the Internet, it is best to solve it by buying a SIM card at the airport ($ 10 - 20Gb local operator) in the hotel, the Internet seems to be only at the lobby bar (but we did not check).
3. Food - surprised me a lot. We were determined that in Egypt, food is worse than in Turkey. But...CYRENE GRAND HOTEL proved the opposite to us. Meat, vegetables, greens, fish (mackerel and ocean fillet), sweets at their best.
Fruits are brewing, they really weren’t enough.
4. Drinks - excellent, as for all inclusive. Everything is naturally local (rum, brandy, gin, vodka, tequila, wine, beer). But everything is in factory bottles, they open it in front of you. We looked at the timing - everything is fresh. The labels say 40 degrees, so be careful)))
Packaged juices, bottled Pepsi and it's certainly cool. The bartenders pour heartily, nothing ended. There are bars on the beach and pool until 1.00, and the lobby is open 24/7. Drinking water in bottles can be taken at bars in unlimited quantities.
5. Staff - everything is fine, no complaints. Everyone understands Russian, smiling. There are many of them, they all succeed. In general, well done! ! Lacks evening entertainment or disco. It is, but lasts a maximum of 2.30. Further - silence. All sleep))
6. The beach is simply gorgeous. Very large, sunbeds in good condition, large umbrellas, clean sand, towels are issued free of charge.
Sunset both from the shore (preferably in special shoes) and from Pantone. In general, holidays on the beach can be made very diverse, especially since after dinner a burger and french fries are prepared at the beach bar, there are always cold drinks.

We dived in a mask with pleasure, it was always interesting. It is better to do this early in the morning, there were no people at all in the morning, the sea is warm, there are a lot of fish. Super!
The tour operator Join Up and the air carrier Sky Up tried hard to spoil this whole picture. The flight was delayed for 21 hours, no one returns compensation - "not provided. " They promise to return $ 23 under insurance against non-departure. But they naturally do not cover either the financial part or the moral. It's just like a joke. Without remorse, they will steal a day of your long-awaited vacation and will remain absolutely unpunished.
It’s better not to contact these guys at all, it’s more expensive for yourself. For ourselves, we decided this for sure, it is better to overpay to another tour operator. Tourists who flew with us on the same flight are also all shocked by this "office"
With the flight back, again, there were troubles, they were postponed for 8 hours.
In general, the hotel is super, despite the attempts of Join UP to spoil everything, our vacation was a success.
