I am writing a review for those who will go to this hotel during the period of late February - early March with the goal of just swimming in the sea, looking at the fish, eating, sunbathing and not leaving the hotel. Waiting for you:
1) Strong wind, as the hotel is not located in a bay that protects from the winds. As it turned out already upon returning to Ukraine, this hotel is good only from the end of April to October.
2) Entry into the sea only from the pontoon to a depth of 20 meters, shallow water from the beach to the pontoon, ankle-deep water, the first two days there were jellyfish, including those washed ashore... Plus every day (from about 12 to 16) low tide and instead a picturesque view awaits you with a view of the "swamp" and silt. There are very few fish on the reef, it is half dead. So who goes for the sake of the sea - this is not an option at all. Keep in mind that the only way out of the situation is to take a taxi to another beach, that is, at least 15-20 minutes one way.

3) Check-in took an hour and a half.
4) The hotel itself is good, everyone really liked the room with panoramic sea views. But twice there was a problem with water: once there was no hot water for several hours, the second - there was no water for several hours. Good guys work at the reception, but be prepared for the fact that you will first receive an answer to your questions like "everything will be done in five minutes", then after ten, and in the end you will get it in the morning))) In English and Russian guys they say so-so to put it mildly, so it’s better to use sign language and a satisfied / dissatisfied facial expression, depending on the situation))
5) Food ok, three restaurants, food court, several bars, all inclusive. I would say that in terms of the quality of food and drinks - a solid three, in terms of quantity - five, this hotel does not pull the declared 5 stars and close. But this is a subjective assessment. 99% of vacationers were from Ukraine, so most of the food and drinks were most likely satisfied))
6) Waiters, animators, bartenders, cleaners - great guys, they serve instantly, smiling and very pleasant. There are some pluses here.
7) There is no infrastructure around the hotel, only on the penultimate day a mini market opened. There is no pharmacy, for essentials you need to go to the nearby hotel "Baron" (if I'm not mistaken, that's what it's called), or go to the city to the pharmacy by taxi for about 15-20 minutes.
8) Animation and entertainment program is very weak. It's boring in the evening, there is live music in the form of songs by Sinatra, Monatik and Loboda... A dull saxophone and some kind of Latin American dances, after which they turn on Loboda again and for some reason even Talkov... So if you plan to go to a hotel and Do not leave it for 7 days, then in the evenings, entertain yourself : )) Otherwise, again, a taxi to the center, because. there is nothing in this area of the city.

9.99% of hotel guests are Ukrainians. Perhaps something will change in the future and the hotel will be reformatted for foreigners and this will positively affect the food and entertainment in the hotel.
I will not return to the hotel for the second time, although I am sure that many people liked it. For those who are looking for a seaside holiday - definitely NOT. For those who need entertainment in the hotel - not too.
