I was at the hotel with my husband at the beginning of September. The hotel was chosen by ourselves, attracted by the renovation of 2020. Now briefly on the points:

1. Numbers. The rooms have been partially renovated: a new TV, a bed and a picture above the bed. Plumbing is also new, good shower. Wardrobe, bedside tables and table are old. We were initially settled in a room on the 1st floor, where the balcony goes like a terrace without a fence. The closet in the room was broken, when I tried to open it, the closet door just fell on my leg ...My husband tried to put it back in, but the impression was already spoiled. Further in the room, we found a door right inside the room, lined with a bedside table. I moved the nightstand and opened the door - behind it was exactly the same closed door, through which you could hear absolutely everything that happened in the next room! I saw this in a hotel in Egypt for the first time, although I was more than once in Egypt and there is something to compare with.

In general, we moved to the reception, and in English, I explained our dissatisfaction. We were told to wait 5 minutes. and led to see another number. The room turned out to be excellent, on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool and the sea and without any strange secret doors. In the end, we agreed to this number and did not regret that we changed.

2. Nutrition. The hotel had 3 restaurants: the main and additional restaurant nearby, as well as a fish one. The main restaurant had an ordinary but tasty balanced menu, something tasty was always fried on the grill. There is a late dinner from 22-00 to 24-00. In add. the restaurant was all the same, including a children's menu, but in a smaller assortment. We were there 1 time. We mostly went to the main restaurant "Soprano", and sometimes to the fish restaurant. There was rarely anything exclusive in the fish one, since there were shrimp in batter and squid, which were quickly sorted out, otherwise nothing special. I really liked the food court, very tasty pizza. Delicious cocktails and beer are served everywhere.
And the lobby bar, which is open 24/7, is simply gorgeous: any cocktails, delicious coffee, and desserts from 15-00 to 18-00.

3. Territory. Nice and large area, not bald, there are flowers and growing greenery. Lots of pools, the waterfall pool was our favourite)

4. Sea. Low tide in the morning and high tide in the afternoon. The pontoon is not very stable, but it's okay to go. After lunch there are a lot of people on the pontoon and snorkelling. The underwater world is beautiful, many different fish, you can watch for hours.

5. Animation. In the morning and in the afternoon they go inviting for all sorts of activities, in the evening there were chic shows a couple of times: Argentinean dances, belly dance and in national clothes (men's skirt) and there was a salsa evening - all with guest artists. The rest were like in every hotel: karaoke night, miss/mr hotel, the hotel's best couple.

In general, we really liked the hotel. Would love to come back and recommend to everyone!

P. S. This tour was bought from the tour operator Join Up! and flew them with Sky up.

I highly recommend this tour operator and airline. All flights - both back and forth were rescheduled, in addition, our travel agent did not warn us about the rescheduling of the flight, as a result of which we spent the night for 13 hours at the airport. The return flight was also rescheduled. We arrived in the evening and departed early in the morning - 2 days of stay at the hotel were simply lost. We highly recommend checking your flights on the online scoreboard of Boryspil airport.
