Let's start simple: go.
You probably already know that this hotel is somewhat out of the way, far from ounce-ounce, and is focused specifically on relaxation.
It is great for both small and large people: a large area and a lot of pools allow no one to interfere with each other; screeching is heard only in special places; beach lifeguards and entertainers are great at entertaining flocks of little people while the big ones chill in the water bar without leaving the pool. All OK.
A beautiful local reef and gorgeous low tides take children and adults literally from dawn to dusk. Going to Sharm without a mask and snorkel is generally a sin, but especially to this hotel.

Meals are steadily approaching round-the-clock. It focuses more on quantity than quality, but you can't complain about the variety. Sometimes it’s really tasty, sometimes it’s normal, but it doesn’t happen to be sad and depressing. Nothing - no seafood, no fruit, no beef, no quail, nothing - never ends, and therefore there are no queues "from the hungry edge" either. Ten minutes until the end of dinner? Full range. Half an hour after dinner? Yes, everything is worth it, please, no one will kick you out.
Service for a very honest Egyptian five with a plus. I have stayed at this hotel many times before the change of management, and, guys, heaven and earth. Perhaps the closest reference point in terms of service level is good Mexican hotels oriented towards Americans. An insane amount of staff follows you around the clock and blows you on every wav, not allowing you to change the position of the back in a sun lounger or move a table for drinks there - they come running, they look reproachfully, they move everything themselves, they don’t take a dollar. On the third day, a man began to walk behind us with a tray of drinks that we always ordered, and by the evening it stopped bothering us, to be honest!
All in all, the perfect place to lie face-first in the fish for a week, crack AI-enabled orange juice, look for differences between a dozen restaurants, play foosball or billiards in sports bars, and chill while watching the sunset.
But.
All this happiness, unfortunately, will end in a few years.
The new owners, apparently taking care of the little guests of the hotel, dumped several more tons of sand onto the beach.
Which all safely washed away on the reef.
We were at the hotel with a difference of six months, and it was already noticeable how impoverished the low tide line was - if earlier it was a half-dead coral with many holes where fry, starfish and crabs settled, fish swam and clams hung out, now it is all filled with sand , and ten times less living creatures. It's not a seasonal change, we've been there many times at the same time before. The coral itself is still alive and diverse (and you can always swim in the nearby Melton), but such impacts on the ecosystem do not pass without a trace, and, most likely, in a few years the hotel reef will become poorer, and it’s good if this does not affect the neighbors.
So soon you will have to look for a new such combination of a beautiful view, impeccable service, comfortable rooms and the coolest reef.

But so far there is an Albatross - hardly personally to blame for the decisions of its stupid owners.
