I have already been to Sharm 5 times, so I can more or less objectively compare and evaluate this hotel. Departure (from Kharkov) was early in the morning - at 00.05, and already at about 5 in the morning we were at the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise that upon arrival everyone was offered breakfast (coffee, tea, drinks... pastries... ), and check-in to the rooms took place within an hour.
1) Number. Renovation - quite fresh, no comments. In the "standard" (the one I had) - one large 2-bed + folding chair-bed. TV - modern, 32 inches. with smart functions (but when you connect a flash drive with a movie - a series, it says that "the format is not supported"). Live hack: I recommend downloading two or three media players at home on the same flash drive, and installing them directly on the TV. Ukrainian channels - a dozen and a half. Sanitary room - all plumbing is new, nothing leaked anywhere. Air conditioning worked "with a bang. " Room cleaning daily, high quality, extortion "vandollar" was not. I asked the cleaner to clean every other day, and for the quality of cleaning I still left this "vandollar" or the equivalent in eg pounds. From my window I could see a "piece of the sea" : )
2) Staff. Compared to previous hotels where I have been, this is the best service. Everyone is extremely polite, friendly and fast. I had two excesses: I lost my key card - they did it at the "reception" in 2 minutes. And he accidentally blocked the safe: he waited for the master no more than 10 minutes. In restaurants, waiters, if they don’t see drinks on the table, come up and ask: “What can I bring you”? (including alcohol). I was surprised that the beach also has such a service: food court staff (open-air beach cafes) walk between the sun loungers and offer drinks. It was even a little annoying that in 7 days they called 5 times from the reception, asking if there were any problems... wishes... etc.

3) Nutrition. The main meals were in three restaurants: an Italian restaurant, an Asian restaurant: breakfast + lunch + dinner and a fish restaurant - dinner only. There is also a food court near the beach (open during lunch: french fries... salads... meat... )) and a bar - on the beach itself. The food itself (in comparison with those hotels where I was before) is quite varied. More meat dishes. . . more c-food. . . more baked goods. . . more fruit. Of the fruits were: mango, dates, melon, watermelon, oranges, apples. pears, bananas, kiwi. . . From meat dishes - chicken and beef in different cooking options. Sea food (calamari, fish. . . ) could be tried at the fish restaurant for dinner. Wine in bars and restaurants - bottled, beer, mostly canned, drinks - from bags. Although there is also a "self-filling" - from "powdered juices".
4) Territory. Somehow... I didn’t have to go around it all (there was no need), but I liked what I saw. Everything is clean, neat, constantly cleaned, greens - watered. Lots of pools. with different depths. And for children - including. There are even small "waterfalls". At the entrance to the hotel itself there is a complex of shops: you can buy good, high-quality alcohol... food... souvenirs... I liked (but did not use) the bar under the reception desk - on the first floor. There alcohol is provided around the clock. As the guide joked: it is for those who were kicked out by their wife or mistress at night.
5) Animation. It is, and the guys tried their best: yoga on the beach, volleyball... other entertainment, water aerobics - in the pools. Who appreciates such moments - will be satisfied.
6) Beach. The beach itself is just amazing! New sun loungers with sun canopies. . . separate cabins for 1-2. . . High-quality awnings and fungi from the sun. All this is at a sufficient distance from each other, not like in hotels on Naama Bay (boring). But with the sea itself... - here... the nuances. : ( : there is practically no place for swimming in the sea. There is a very long entry into the sea over the remnants of corals - knee-deep (you can knock your legs into blood), and there is a long pontoon (100 meters) that ends where the shallow ends, and right away - a cliff, an abyss... I think, 30 meters, no less. This is the only option to "join the sea" workers open at the beginning of eight in the morning. And I, given the heat (there is now + 40), came at 6 in the morning. As a result - I waited more than an hour until the pontoon was opened. Immediately after it was unlocked, a crowd rushed there, and it became very crowded. This despite the fact that the hotel was a little more than half loaded. That is, a full-fledged, normal swimming in the sea (for which they go there ) - it doesn't work there. Of course, this is compensated by a large number of pools for every taste, but....I still want the sea : ( .

This option is more suitable for young people who dive from a pontoon with acceleration - because of the great depth it is unrealistic to get injured there, as well as for snorkelers: in this "abyss" you can see good and rare specimens of marine life. But to stand chest-deep in water... to dive at a shallow depth, etc. - it won't work there : (. It also strained that the hotel is located in the "backyard": you need to get to all the entertainment for your hard-earned money. On Naama Bay, for example, a taxi costs 10 bucks one way. In general, I was satisfied with the hotel. And , if the sea was more accessible and convenient, I would put 10 out of 10.
