This is my 4th time in Egypt. Prior to that, I had a rest in 3 *, 4 * hotels. In a 5 * hotel, I was in Egypt for the first time, I was only in Turkey. I never wrote reviews before, the hotels were normal, but nothing was particularly impressive. I decided to write a review about this hotel for the first time, because. he was pleasantly surprised))) You will read further about food and infrastructure. I will talk about what pleasantly surprised me and what distinguishes the hotel from other hotels in Egypt.
1) The restoration of the hotel was in 2020. Everything here is new and fresh.
2) This is the first hotel where they really respond to my request and solve my problems, and do not say "Ok, good! ", And no one comes to the room.
3) Here they really tremble over every guest. I watched a picture when a guest in a restaurant was indignant that the pasta was raw, she was offered to cook it separately))) I specifically took it to try, they are not raw. Most likely cooked from durum wheat.

4) The first hotel with 4 main restaurants + beach food court + a la carte restaurant + many extras. restaurants that are currently on hiatus.
5) The first hotel where delicious mashed potatoes are made from real potatoes, not powder.
There are also a number of other advantages that I may not remember.
The only wish is to equip not only showers, but also taps for washing feet in convenient places.
