Just arrived yesterday. Impressions of the sea... , however, as always after returning from vacation. We flew with our whole family: my husband and I, and our children, the youngest is 11 months old.
The criteria that we chose were: a respectable five on the seashore, a large green area, a heated pool is required, a good coral reef is also needed, a large beach (preferably not on rocks, but with sand), food, it is also desirable to be on top. Criteria such as remoteness from entertainment centers, a strong animation program did not matter to us.
I'll start from the very beginning. We flew via Pegasus (Tez Tour does not work with this hotel). We were three adults, one child and one infant (a child under two years old). Initially, the agency confirmed to us a standard room with extra beds. We thought that this would be enough. We arrived in the evening. We were seated immediately. It is worth paying tribute to the fact that upon arrival, the waiter comes out to the guests with a tray of juices for each guest. A trifle, but nice. We went to our room and... were stunned. Room, of course, not bad, but! Instead of two extra single beds (the infant sleeps with his parents on a large bed, this was agreed) there was one double bed, one single bed and a crib. We resolved this issue at the reception as follows: we paid another $ 200 and they gave us a two-room suite with two bathrooms and three balconies on the second floor overlooking the sea. It was possible to stay in a simple room without additional payment and we would have been given another bed, but then we would have been on top of each other. These rooms (standards) are still designed for two (maximum three people). And I wanted to spend my vacation in comfort. This was perhaps the most embarrassing part of our holiday.

Everything else is just great. The territory is not very large, but very green and well-groomed, the rooms are new comfortable, the furniture is new. The food is excellent. I don’t understand when they write: the food is not very good, but you won’t stay hungry. Here the food was excellent: fish (super), and veal, and duck, and fried sausages, and chicken, and chicken, and duck (all this was alternated on different days), and everything else - salads, side dishes, cuttings - are required. Pancakes, sweets, yoghurts, some kind of sweet sauces, fruits in assortment....There was a lot of everything and they cooked deliciously.
The staff is very friendly and smiling - stay positive! and people will come to you.
We had a small child, so they constantly talked to us on the topic: is everything okay with the baby, what to do for the baby on food (individually), etc.
It is worth mentioning separately the girl Mila, who works at the hotel. She herself is from Donetsk. Well, of course, he speaks Russian and as an interpreter can help in resolving all issues. We contacted her if we had any questions. She regularly (on certain hours) is in the hotel.
The sea is gorgeous. The beach is large, there was enough space for everyone. The length of the pontoon is normal, not very long. There are a lot of fish, but to be honest, we have seen a richer reef. Our hotel is opposite Tiran Island. Beautiful.
The animation is not very good. She is practically invisible. Who needs a strong animation, then this hotel is not for you. This hotel is good for families. There are many foreigners in it, there are few Russian-speaking tourists.
The hotel is very good. Go, you won't regret it.
If you have any questions - write, I will answer.
