Arrived at 5 am today, still impressed. Rest is great! The hotel was chosen only according to 2 criteria: reef and good food (excellent living conditions, it goes without saying, as it were). Before that, I rested 2 times in a row in Rojan and the last time I was disappointed with the reef. I went to Melia hoping to see all the beauties of the underwater world again. But everything is in order. Our flight was rescheduled a day earlier, instead of 27 we took off on 26 at 10 pm and spent the night and morning at the Royal Paradise Hotel. I will write a review about it separately. I went from the Join up operator - no complaints, everything is clear, on time, without delay. Didn't get in right away, but I didn't have to wait long. They gave an excellent room, building 40, room 4155. As for me, simply the best - 3 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the restaurant and reception. The room is very good - everything is new, clean, view of the garden and a piece of the sea. Absolutely free, but then I brought 20 ye to the reception. Food: tasty, but I can not say that a large selection. Everything is fresh, excellent meat and fish. Baking as always. On the first evening, the cook roasted duck - very tasty. The work of the staff is very satisfied. If you have a problem, they fix it right away. Very polite and helpful people, no rudeness and impudence, I felt calm. I was very pleased with the adequate caretaker on the pontoon - he did not let me feed the fish and walk on the corals, maybe that's why the reef is still alive. Well, about the most important thing, reef. I just fell in love. I really want to go back there again! It is huge, every day I swam from the farthest 4 pontoons all the way to Sinai, it’s several kilometers, but it’s easy to go with the flow. I followed these beauties. Swim next to the royal manta - I could not even dream of such luck! I saw several moray eels, huge Napoleons, stingrays, crocodile fish, lion fish, flocks of large steel fish, I don’t even know what they are called, a lot of beautiful and interesting things! So, the rest was a success!! ! Now for the cons. Lack of facilities for snorkelers. There is no shower near the pontoon, if you want to wash yourself - go in the heat to the pool, up the stairs, there is a small children's shower. The first days I just hated to go there to wash every time after swimming, the result is a skin allergy. As soon as I started to walk, wash the salt off myself every time, another result is burnt shoulders. very uncomfortable. Putting 1 shower is not so difficult, the hotel would only win. Another minus, the beach is very large and there is only one restaurant-bar on the beach. Again, you like to swim but want to drink a cocktail? Forward to the promenade in the heat of 500 meters, until you get there - finish your drink, if you want another - take a walk again. During the rest, she poured liters of sunscreen factor 50 on herself, otherwise she would have been fried like a grilled chicken. I would very much like to either put a small bar near the pontoon, or to have waiters constantly walking around. The hotel has only 2 free restaurants where you can eat: the main one, in the main building, and on the beach. All other a la carte restaurants are paid. This was a little surprising, because in previous hotels, a la carte restaurants were free, just by appointment. But in general, the hotel has too many pluses that cover absolutely all the minuses. I really liked it and I already dream of going back there again!! !
