My husband and I are not tourists who go looking for flaws in perfection and drove with high spirits, pleased that we had chosen a good hotel (because there were no frankly bad reviews), and with the intention of not paying attention to trifles. But Egypt had other plans for this. So in a nutshell:
1) The territory is beautiful, green. The reef is magical (this is the only thing worth going for)
2) The rooms are different, although all have the same furniture. Without money, you run the risk of getting a room with shabby furniture, bedding, towels, fungus in the bathroom, garbage in the corners, and which takes 10 minutes to reach. get through the labyrinths of the hotel. But the options for money can be different - they can offer to pay extra $ 20 per day for a normal room. If you are lucky and given a normal one, then it can be estimated at 3-4 points.

3) Nutrition. We ate. But in fairness, it must be said that it was as it should be only during the days of verification. Fish and beef are very tasty, the rest is different. Desserts are delicious. Fruits: bananas, oranges, apples, guava (sometimes melon, grapefruit). Drinks are normal: juices (not UPI), beer, coffee. Wine for everyone - we could not drink, but people drank (of course, only Russians). Cocktails from the same juices, but be sure that you get not what you ordered, but what the bartender wanted to mix, but you can drink.
4) Staff. The most vulnerable place (as in all of Egypt). At first glance, everything is fine: they will talk to you with pleasure, they will joke with you, but you just have to turn with any problem or request for help - and the real face immediately comes off - no one wants to strain (most often these are phrases like: "It's not my fault . Contact your guide"). Nothing is done on 10 out of 10. Even for the money it will be a maximum of 7. Cleaning through the fingers. Service with disdain. Contempt lies behind the smiles. We stubbornly tried not to notice this for 4 days, but our ability to abstract in the end let us down.
5) Entertainment. There are practically none in the hotel. To call animators dead is to praise for playfulness. I advise you not to leave the territory of the hotel (get upset). If you want to go to the market - maximum Naoma Bay and quickly to the hotel. On the Old Market only with health risks. We were threatened 3-4 times to hand over to the terrorists! and it's not a joke. You don't feel safe anywhere. Even in a taxi on the way to the hotel - with a stoned carrier, prancing in front of the same stoners at a speed of 160 km / h. I advise you not to take sightseeing tours.
6) Contingent. In the early days, the probability of hearing a foreign speech was less than in Kyiv. At the end, the British stopped by - it became somewhere 50/50. There are many with children, but everything is not stressful.
In general, the hotel is on the list of the best in Sharm. All the shortcomings described can most likely be attributed to almost any hotel in Sharm (with rare exceptions), somewhere less, somewhere more... In any case, it pays for its money (at least even in quality food). But never before have we wanted to go home so much on vacation (and this is in 7 days! ). Would you return again? - I do not know.
