I want to share with you my impressions about the rest in this hotel. Rested from 19 to 26 December 2011. Four of us rested: three girlfriends and one husband for all))). We are spoiled people, so the review will be very negative. This is not the first time in Egypt, I love Sharm as my home, but this time, alas...
Accommodation. We arrived at 4 am at the reception, there were 20 tourists, all from one side. They settled us until 7 am. 3 hours receptionist made copies of passports. We tried to somehow speed up this process, gave him 10-20 dollars, everything is different. But he didn't agree. We decided not to be nervous and try the olinkusive system in action. At the reception in the lobby bar they took beer and some cocktails. But it was unpleasant to drink them: the glasses were dirty, covered in smudges, the bartender was crumpled, his hands were dirty... In general, we rejected this bar right away and did not drink anything else here. I tried to use the internet, but the wi-fi was not responding. Later we found out that there is no internet at all in the hotel, NO!! ! The reception staff all speak Russian and English. If you speak English with them, they listen to your opinion and even begin to respect you, if you speak Russian, they treat you like second-class people... In addition to us, there were tourists at the reception, so to speak, from old people who were drunk in the insole and continued to drink, talked loudly and were not adequate. This made the whole situation even more depressing. When we got to the room, we were "pleasantly" surprised.
ROOM. the room is large, on the second floor overlooking the sea, the second line of the bungalow. The first and third lines are one-story bungalows. The room has a TV (10 Russian channels), a refrigerator, a hair dryer attached to the wall in the bathroom, a set of shampoos and gels. There are no tea sets, we took our own. The plumbing is in a terrible state, several times a day the masters were called for repairs, replacements, etc. The water in the room is only cold, did not have time to heat up, which also did not give pleasure when taking a shower. Linen and towels are washed to the holes, glow in the light. There can be no talk of any slippers and bathrobes.

BEACH AND SEA. This is the only advantage of the hotel. If you do not want to eat and drink anything, but only swim, you will get a lot of pleasure. The sand is clean, the sea is beautiful, pantones (2) are new, beach towels are decent. The sunbeds are old, but covered with soft mattresses, so it's ok. The beach bar is decent. True, one bartender washes his hands in your glass of beer. We ignored him. Asked another bartender to pour us. Drinks are not carried along the beach, so you had to queue for water, cola, beer, tea - all in one (((
A brigade of masseurs and barkers work on the beach. Very annoying, burn once or twice and that's enough. But every day to explain to them that we do not need the services of masseuses who descended from the mountains of the desert... tired. In addition, all these "employees" constantly begged for gifts: glasses, knives, sweets, fruits (we bought them in naama and brought them to the beach). Some unceremoniously, without asking permission, came up and took our grapes and strawberries with their dirty little hands. Many beach boys kept asking us to bring them food from the restaurant and drinks!! ! We were terrified, so most of the time we spent at sea, snorkeling, so to speak.
FOOD AND RESTAURANTS Terrible, there are no other words. The smell in the restaurant is worse than it was in the Soviet pioneer camps, it looks like a zone one (those who have been to zones or to a pre-trial detention center are just nostalgic).
The words "food" to what was in the trays - does not fit. The cheese is of poor quality, you can’t beg for butter, the cook brought me specially and gave out one pack from his pocket !!!
For breakfast, you can eat only eggs, everything else is not edible. Solid beans in different variations. Only buns were tasty, but this is not disputed in Egypt. Instead of juices, yuppies are spinning in the barrels. I thought that this was no longer in sight... There were no fresh juices, there were juices for $ 2 per glass (((Coffee is normal. In general, we saved ourselves with scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs and coffee with rolls. We got fed up in seven days.

We went to have lunch at the neighboring Joyce, where the cuisine is more decent, but not so hot either. For dinner there were crabs (for snapping, two crabs per hand), grilled fish, chicken wings. All other days - cutlets and mashed potatoes. Fruit and excess was not observed. Oranges cut into 8 parts are not the first freshness and guava. (By the way, the season of strawberries, mangoes and pomegranates in Egypt!!! ) Drinks for lunch and dinner: beer and wine, the quality leaves much to be desired. On the very first dinner, my friend was poisoned by this wine, not from the quantity, but from the quality. We refused to drink at the hotel and went to Hadobu for bottled wine. Well, I got to the most important feature of the hotel.
REMOTE AND CLOSED HOTEL. The hotel is 3 kilometers away from the main road. There is not a single hotel along the street. But there are 2 guard posts. The first is 300 meters, the second is 1000. You cannot call a taxi to the hotel, you need to use either their bus, which runs once a day at 16.00 to Naama and back in 3 hours, or limousines for $ 20 to Naama. We overcame this milestone of 1300 meters to get into a called taxi and ride to the Old Market and Hadoba. There are decent restaurants and good wine, and cheap fruit shops. It was depressing, considering the heat, the harassment of limousine drivers and security guards. The staff is terribly rude!!!
Continuing the topic of personnel.
ANIMATION. it's all Turkish with all the ensuing consequences, vulgarity at every turn. I was only on one evening program, but it was enough for me through the roof. An Egyptian animator played the game "Bring what I want" 10 people ran around the hall and asked the audience for the items that the animator wanted. It seems to be nothing strange. Except that he wanted a condom, a pad, a tampon, a bra and everything in this style. And people found these objects and dragged them onto the stage. In general, vulgarity and disgusting incredible...
What are some of the shortcomings. One key per room, a double is not issued by such a hotel system. Three days they asked, then they spat. They asked for a vase for flowers, but they didn’t bring it for seven days... In the rooms, tourists complained that they were stealing: glasses, windbreakers, sneakers. Nothing was missing from us, we were watching, and they gave good tips to the room boy to keep track of things. On the beach, by the way, they also steal little things (lighters, cigarettes).

The apogee of our whole holiday was a fight between a tourist (drunk as hell) and a representative of Pegasus at the reception about the theft of sneakers!! ! This morning on the day of our departure, we were already loading onto the bus. Those are pies!! ! Representatives of Pegasus were not interested in our problems at all, only excursions were sold at crazy prices, people can’t get to travel agencies in Naama!
Summary: Even if this hotel costs 20.000 rubles for 10 days, in no case do not fall for this "freebie". There are more problems than you can imagine.
