The hotel leaves a difficult impression, I will try to be as objective as possible in my review.
1. The location is good, on the shore of a horseshoe-shaped bay: the beach is largely protected from waves and wind (this was a decisive factor when we chose a hotel). About three hundred meters outside the hotel is the Old Market - the cheapest market in Sharm.
In the vicinity of the hotel there is a wild beach, littered, but with an excellent coral reef, we saw quite large octopuses and a 2-meter moray eel.
2. Territory - quite spacious, large sandy beach. Palm trees growing on the beach allow you to choose the desired level of sun protection. Minus - there is, apparently, a local public beach nearby, and when a lot of "natives" who are not distinguished by cleanliness gather on it, the raised dregs and garbage are carried to the hotel's beach.

3. Hotel. Very dilapidated economy class. Aesthetes - this place is not for you! It was built in 1993 and since then only cosmetic repairs have been carried out in it: the scuffs on the walls were simply painted over, the doors, dried up with cracks in the finger, close "with a kick. " The plumbing was changed not so long ago (we lived in room 72 *), but the toilet tank was constantly flowing, the water in the shower did not go away. The tile at the place of replacement of pipes is of a different color and laid sloppily. The mattresses are pressed down to the state of a hammock.
The hotel consists of one-two-story buildings, located extremely unsuccessfully: the rooms are located opposite each other across a narrow alley, neighboring rooms in pairs have a common balcony, and every night instead of sleeping you become a passive participant in someone's noisy nightly gatherings.
The rooms are quite spacious (they paid in advance for a superior on the second floor) but very dark - instead of a window, there is a half-glazed double door closed with deaf rubberized curtains. Tulle curtains, by the way, are not provided, so either sit during the day in pitch darkness, or expose your secrets to the neighbors opposite))).
Conditioning - a separate song. Old, broken ducted air conditioners rumble like a tank on the pavement. And if you can turn off your own at night, then when the neighbors' air conditioner was turned on, our room was filled with a thick, dense rumble. It was, of course, impossible to sleep.
I must explain that my wife and I have been traveling abroad for more than 10 years, 1-2 times a year to 4-5 * hotels, we love Egypt very much and are not obsessed with the usual hotel mess for this country. But for the first time we got to a hotel where it is impossible to sleep at night.
The main building of the hotel is slightly larger than the village bus station and houses only the reception and guide desks. Those who like to sit in the cool in the evening near the lobby bar will have to bite the bullet and sit outside at the pool bar - there is no lobby bar here.
"Public catering" is represented by two restaurants, two bars and a buffet on the beach. The wear and tear of these establishments does not differ from the average for the hotel. It was depressing that the tablecloths, even heavily soiled on the tables, were not changed, only crumbs were brushed off.
The overall picture was complemented by insects - mosquitoes in the room (fumitox prudently taken from home did not work on them), and flies in restaurants. Both of them were in abundance.

4. Food - the only thing to which there were no complaints. The range is quite sufficient both in quantity and quality, even for the average hand of the "five". Well-prepared salads have been added to the usual standard set, several varieties of meat, fish, fruits: guava, dates, peaches - for lunch every day. Grilled crabs were cooked twice, every other day for lunch or dinner, meat, chicken and fish were cooked on coals. For the second breakfast every other day, a very tasty shawarma was served. From drinks - acceptable quality red and white wine from large boxes, and ordinary rum-gin whiskey, etc. Juices, alas, only Jupi and orange juice in the restaurant.
5. Service - the usual good-natured Egyptian loafers. They love dollars and do not like to do anything for them.
Summary: if you are not picky about housing, have a sound sleep and a nervous system, like to eat and the main thing in Egypt for you is the sea, corals and diving - this is the hotel for you.
Despite the listed inconveniences, we rate our vacation at 4.
