Number killed us - 4 stars did not pull at all. The furniture was old, the washbasin was leaking, the air conditioner hummed noisily, and the earplugs didn't help much. And the cherry on the cake was no hot water. We found out about this too late to go to the reception once again. I had to wash cold. Well, God bless him with the hotel - the sea, of course, was clean. And the entry is good. Not exactly warm, but the water means a lot to us. We stayed in the first week of November. There were no strong winds either. On the beach, animators invited to participate in games, carried out exercises.
For lunch we went to a cafe on the beach. We tried to take fried fish - the only worthy dish. Fruits/vegetables - always sluggish or green. Seafood, except for fried fish, no. We were in the a la carte restaurant, once it was possible to dine there. It was nicer there, there was good meat for dinner.
In the evening we watched the entertainment program from the hotel. Sometimes it was interesting.
We left early in the morning (minus day). It's a shame, especially for the amount that was given (about $1400 for two). The transfer was 4 hours before departure. We wanted to take a taxi. It's good they didn't take it. We spent a lot of time in line at the airport. Tired and glad to be back home.

After the meeting, he began to force excursions on us, but after our refusal, he took offense at us and began to ignore our requests, which is completely unprofessional and unethical. There was no attention or participation from him. A huge minus of TUI for having such guides who, in addition to being on a salary, prefer to do their personal business on tourists.
Further, when we checked into the room, we had problems with the air conditioner. There were no air conditioner controls. For two days we were freezing under the unswitchable air conditioner. I had to go out to the balcony to warm up. At the reception, our requests were accepted only nominally, answering a short indifferent “okay”. As a result, the air conditioner came to do only two days later.
Only later, from the experience of communicating with the cleaners, we discovered that the word "ok" in the local Egyptian dialect of English means "pay. " Every time we asked the cleaners for some services that are part of their job responsibilities, they answered “ok” and made characteristic finger movements, begging for banknotes. In conclusion, I want to say that when going on vacation, I really didn’t want to take a second wallet in order to pay for services that were already included in the price of an already expensive tour. I also want to warn everyone purely for information, so that you take small money with you (one dollar), as local sellers in shops do not like to give change. We got into the first one, in which we had already been. It's a bit tired, but we didn't really pay attention to the furniture, most importantly everything worked and was clean. In the evening, problems with the TV somehow started, while we watched the show, all the problems were fixed. Room cleaning is ok. Bottled water was refilled which was nice. Kettle in the room. Tea, sugar, coffee were provided upon arrival. The air conditioner is old and noisy. The refrigerator is not quiet either. I had to turn it off at night. But maybe I'm so sensitive, my husband was sleeping, nothing bothered him.
The food is normal, a little monotonous, but we were definitely not hungry. Lots of pastries. Fruit. Good coffee from the coffee machine. Beer, wine and rum of decent quality. Snacks on the beach. Ice cream is delicious. The queues in the restaurants were at the opening, but if you come half an hour later, then everything is fine.
The animation is good. People are busy with something all day long. Every evening show. Children are also entertained. There are slides in the pool. It used to be a sleepy kingdom, now it has become more fun.
The contingent in the hotel is mostly 50+. Calm and quiet. There are few young people.
Internet throughout the territory, however, on the beach is worse.

The hotel is a series of 1-2 storey buildings near the sea, on the second floor there are balconies, on the first floor there are terraces with an individual entrance, a clothes dryer, armchairs and a table. The rooms have a bathroom with a shower-toilet, air conditioning, a safe and a mini-bar with mineral water (free of charge). There is a TV with Russian and Ukrainian TV channels. The territory is compact, but not cramped, clean and well-groomed. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.
The beach is sandy, with a gentle entrance, without stones (convenient for families with children), kept clean.
On the beach - fungus-canopies with trestle beds and mattresses (free of charge), there was no need to occupy them - there was enough for everyone. A set of beach towels is included in the room equipment. On the beach - a bar with drinks, a snack bar with food (pizza, hamburgers, pasta), between the beach and the buildings - a swimming pool with a section for kids and three water slides of varying difficulty. The beach itself is located in a bay, at some distance from the coast at a depth there is a small rock with corals, a colony of colorful fish and sea urchins in crevices. If you have a mask and fins, it is quite interesting to swim and see.
The hotel is located near the old town, it is worth crossing the road, and you are in city blocks with many shops, shops, stalls and rather annoying sellers. All this is dominated by a majestic mosque, from where the call of the muezzin to prayer is regularly heard.
The Internet is available almost throughout the hotel, only when registering you need to get an access password.
As for the food, you definitely won’t leave hungry, but we must remember that this is a 4 * hotel, and quite budgetary. For breakfast - salads, dates, a variety of local cheeses, there are dairy dishes, Egyptian dishes, sausages with vegetables, scrambled eggs are fried on the spot (if you specifically ask, they can add tomatoes, mushrooms or sausages or make fried eggs). Quite a lot of pastries, there is tea and coffee. Drinks - water and juices from a concentrate. Tables - without tablecloths (fight against Covid), cutlery - individually packed, salt and pepper - in disposable bags. For tea and coffee - disposable paper cups, for drinks - disposable plastic.
Dinner is more varied - there are also first courses, often there is a grill that is fried nearby on the street (chicken and fish or beef liver), fruits - dates, watermelon and melon.
If you can agree with the fact that everything is modest enough, then you can’t pick up another term for drinks, how miserable. The fact that they are only locally produced is not a problem (this is agreed in advance), but with an assortment ...There are completely no drinks for ladies (even local ones) - cream liqueurs, analogues of martini or campari. Only strong ones - vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy, tequila (everything is warm), which can only be drunk in the form of cocktails. The beach bar does not even have that cheap wine that is served at lunch and dinner. True, there is beer, pretty good.
Another drawback is that it is very convenient to go directly from the beach to the restaurant for lunch, but there are no changing cabins on the beach from the word "absolutely". So I had to either use a towel for changing clothes, or go for lunch in a wet one. The administration and the owner of the hotel were told about this shortcoming, I hope that they will fix it.

Several times there were guest artists whose performances were a pleasure, but mostly rather modestly. The kids club is popular, but we didn't use it - one child is already big, the other is still small.

And thanks to the hotel for the "compliment" - although upon departure the rooms are rented at 12-00, our family left one room free of charge until the departure at 18-00, where we could put our things and put the baby to sleep.
