We have been in this hotel maybe 8 times. Every year it gets better and better - a very vivid example of the good work of management. Every time we think about going to another hotel ...and still we come back. All staff are very friendly and professional. Having withstood the boorish pressure at the reception, we demanded another room in which there was a very noisy air conditioner, which broke down completely after a couple of days. After much deliberation, we finally settled into a really normal room - it was already the 5th day of rest! As for the service, for the whole holiday we did not see a single smile or at least a hint of goodwill. The kitchen also deteriorated compared to what we were told. The choice of dishes is small and monotonous taste. I was pleased only with the water park and the sea, and in recent days a lot of garbage has brought into the sea and the wild beach with coral reefs has been closed. It is a pity that once a good hotel has ceased to appreciate visitors!
