Initially, we bought a tour to the Reef Oasis Blue Bay hotel, but at the last moment they refused us a settlement, allegedly due to the influx of Russian tourists, and brought us here and several other families with a promise the next day they still moved to our booked Reef Oasis hotel , the next day, the representative of Join Up, he did not say his name (such with bulging eyes) he just ran away from us... saying that no one would relocate us anywhere and we remain here and our travel agents who sold us the tour are to blame for everything!
Now about the hotel - they settled in a room with a view of the children's toilet near the water slides, one of our rooms for the disabled with a low washbasin, handrails, we wanted the sea, but we got the water park too well, but still the beach is sooo far away and it is sooo bad on it hosts 3 hotels together!! ! The bus runs, but does not always take standing passengers! The food is terrible, monotonous, tasteless for 9 days, nothing has changed, breakfasts are generally sad, there is something to compare in Egypt 5 times! Pizza and grilled chicken are constantly burnt, you can’t take a bag of green tea with you to your room, the bartender is watching and yelling))) If you are not interested in the sea and running around at 6 in the morning to take a sunbed, then come here! The animation is great and the evening shows, the child is happy!
