2- The hotel liked its location on the 1st coastline, the presence of a heated pool and silence in the evenings (all serious night activity takes place on the territory of the neighboring five, which can also be visited). I liked the hotel area with flowers and palm trees, everything was well maintained by the caring hands of the gardeners. I liked the pedestrian street along the line of hotels, I liked the location of the hotel itself - in the evenings there is somewhere to walk, the streets are illuminated and equipped, and are in good condition.
3- rooms all have access to either the garden or sea view, the room is in good condition, everything worked (see video review)
4- Standard all-inclusive food; there was enough meat; I really liked the vegetables and salads - juicy and tasty, which is important in the winter. The food is served in one restaurant, "El Wadi", the staff copes well, there are minor comments on their work, but not critical.
5- What didn’t you like? I can’t say any big “cons”, I would like the quality of cleaning in the room to be better and for the restaurant to listen and stop hiding tea and hot water during lunch and dinner (we realized that in this way they invite you to have tea on the open terraces near the bars - there is tea and there is always coffee)

The room is spacious, modern, clean, all plumbing fixtures in the bathroom are new, but the tiles need to be replaced, as well as the curtain over the bathtub. Cosmetics in dispensers, there is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe, kettle, two 1.5 l bottles of water per room every day, tea, coffee, sugar, beach towels in the room. Robes and slippers are provided upon request. The beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels are snow-white and of good quality, the pillows needed replacing and were wrinkled. Upon request, they brought an additional hair dryer, as the old one did not dry well.
In general, in this hotel, all requests and problems that arose during the stay were resolved in 10-30 minutes. without reminder
The food is delicious, FB+ was almost no different from All inclusive, there was only ice cream, from 10 in the morning there was all alcohol, except for wine at the pool bar. Wine at lunch and dinner at the bar next to the restaurant. There was a delicious grill every evening, squid and crabs were served once a week. All the bars had mango and guava juices. The beef was in various variations, soft and juicy, and the poultry was chicken, duck and turkey, also deliciously prepared. The fish is mainly pangasius, and grilled mullet. A large selection of sauces, seasonings, salad oil. Lots of vegetables, fruits, greens, delicious desserts and pastries. The assortment of snacks and salads was smaller than in large hotels, but everything was enough. Sincere thanks to the chefs!

The hotel has 4 swimming pools, 1 of them is heated in winter, a water park on the territory of Sharm Dreams.

Moved to this hotel from Jaz Belvedere due to the weather. The hotel corresponds to 4 *. The bay is windless, I recommend it in winter. Full board is not much different from All. Friendly staff, good service, meals with meat and fish, fruits are always in the right amount. Animation works for two hotels.

There is a warm pool, it only works until 17:00, Wi-Fi works on the territory and on the beach, not in the rooms, in general, I am very satisfied, I will come again!
