Hi all! A week ago I returned from this hotel and I will try to respond briefly about everything).
1. I used the services of the operator "Pegas touristic" (although after reading the negative reviews I didn’t really want to contact them), but whatever one may say, I have no complaints about the tour operator.
2. The settlement happened instantly and without delay in just two minutes, I didn’t wait for anything, I didn’t pay anyone!
3. The location of the hotel is just a fairy tale, all the corners and shortcomings thereof redeems the beach)))))). It is very convenient that literally across the road is the old town with a market and you can easily run for fruit in a couple of minutes))))
4. The territory of the hotel is very green and well-groomed, it is cared for around the clock, cherished, watered, a lot of flowers are cleaned and palm trees are everywhere, which is important on a hot summer day in Egypt)))).
5. The staff of the hotel are smiling, NON-PATCHING Arabs who speak Russian quite well, so there were no problems. In principle, they cleaned every day, but after a couple of days I refused such cleaning and hung a sign do not disturb)))), elephant swans and other tricks from towels were twisted absolutely free, tips were not begged anywhere, so there was a desire to give them yourself.
6. The food is plentiful, satisfying, everything was enough for everyone every day there was grilled meat and other Egyptian dishes, however, you need to be careful with food in such countries, for example, salads with mayonnaise they have time to turn sour from the heat during the cooking process. And the name salad somehow sounds too loud for their masterpieces, for example, potatoes with onions and mayonnaise chopped into large pieces - this is already a salad))))))

The beach and the sea nuuuuu is just a miracle)))))) there are no words really the best beach in the charm of a palm tree shade if you need a cleared entry into the sea no hedgehogs or other negative elements, a short pontoon literally 30-35 m to which I sail in the morning a miracle of fish, in general, the beach is super and if you are going to the sea, and not to the room, this is the hotel for you!
8. Animation, if you are under 40, then it will be interesting, guys - well done work all day until late at night.
9. And finally, the Achilles' heel of the hotel is the rooms. The hotel is quite old, made in 1997 and the rooms have retained the style and furniture of that distant period)))), the doors of the window with slots in places in the finger, the tiles on the floors and in the bathroom (shower room) have already lost their appearance, but in general, not so much badly there are rooms in 5 * and worse. it is unnecessary to forget this is Egypt and in no case can you compare the service and so on with Europe! Moreover, the rooms seem to be all worn out and run to the reception and poke money for a better room (I tried and after inspecting the rooms to choose from in different lines, I didn’t stay in mine)))).
