We rested in the hotel with two children from 31.03. 2012. to 07.04. 2012 In general, there was a positive impression of the rest, but there were moments that, in my opinion, simply should not be. We lived in Superiore, room 629, located on the second floor. The first thing that caught my eye upon checking in was the gray sheets. They seem to be white, but at the same time gray, they came up with holes. The bath towels are also grey. The blankets on the beds are dirty: with small and few, but still stains. The beds are shabby. There was overhead lighting in the corridor and bathroom, but there were three table lamps in the room, there was no overhead light, so you can’t read anything in the evening, because it’s twilight. Lighting is clearly not enough. Bed linen is changed every day, towels - every day. Room cleaning is just disgusting. Ahmed cleaned up for us. If you left 1 dollar, there was an appearance of cleaning in the room. When they didn’t leave a tip, they didn’t even change our towels, they folded and hung wet towels. The tray in the shower cubicle was never washed at all, the water left badly, the tray leaked, so there was always a puddle of water from the tray to the toilet bowl and behind the toilet bowl, which of course no one cleaned up. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, and the toilet bowl was not washed when cleaning. The sink and the table around the sink in the bathroom were not washed. The floors in the room were washed from a bucket with a water level of 15-20 centimeters. When we checked in and after a while turned on the air conditioner, it began to drip, and then the water poured out of it. We immediately informed the reception. In the evening, when we returned to the room, we were called back from the reception and asked if the air conditioner had been repaired, because the computer says that it was repaired. The water did not really flow in a stream, but after 10 minutes it began to drip again, and a puddle formed on the floor again. Judging by the swollen doorway and swollen walls, the water from this air conditioner is constantly flowing. We were repairing something again, but the water still dripped. Only when on the fourth day I went and expressed my complaints to the representative of the hotel Dina about cleaning, a leaking and clogged pallet, wet towels, said that the child slipped in a puddle from the air conditioner and hit his head on the cement floor, she promised that she would personally check our room. And from that time on, the air conditioner really stopped dripping, they washed the toilet bowl, wiped all the puddles, changed the towels, and even hung them on each one large and one small, as expected, although before that they hung fewer towels. But the floors remained as dirty as they were, the dust was also not wiped everywhere. Ahmed doesn't know how to clean!! ! The beach at the hotel is really, as everyone writes, wonderful. On the beach and in the sea we walked barefoot, without special shoes. The beach is clean, constantly during the day there were beach workers and collected garbage. Well done! The hotel area is very beautiful, green, well-groomed, there are many flowering lianas and Chinese roses of all colors, the lawn grass is neatly trimmed, the hotel's paths are tiled, the tiles are regularly washed, the surroundings are clean. Regarding nutrition, I would like to note the complete absence of juices. Sprite, fanta, cola, tea bags, coffee and Nesquik from vending machines, cold water, some fruit drinks from vending machines - in unlimited quantities, but there are no juices at all. Only fresh for money (from 2 to 5 dollars per glass). From fruits - dates and oranges or tangerines. A couple of times I saw fesalis and bananas. The market (Old Market, opposite the hotel through the grove) is full of strawberries and inexpensive, but the hotel has never given it. Cucumbers and tomatoes were not always available, if you come for breakfast, lunch and dinner late, there may not be enough meat. The food is mostly national. There is practically no European cuisine. There are a lot of different cheeses, but they are salty. French fries are very tasty, you can eat it both in a restaurant and on the beach in a bar in unlimited quantities. It was embarrassing that the restaurant workers took the plates from the table when you had not yet eaten and left. If you put salad on one plate, and the main meal on another, you could pick up a plate with a half-eaten main meal while distracted by the salad. And basically all the staff are very friendly and very hardworking (with the exception of the cleaner Ahmed, who only pretended to work). Despite the fact that the guides scare you with the market opposite the hotel (old market), you can and should go there. There is a very large selection of souvenirs, fruits, there are clothes, mostly national. You can and should bargain. THERE IS NO IRON IN THE ROOM AND YOU WILL NOT FIND IT ANYWHERE IN THE HOTEL. To stroke something, you need to contact the reception, they iron themselves, bring you the ironed, and then the cost of this service is included in the bill. But you can buy an iron in the old market, the main thing is not to leave it in a conspicuous place in the room so that they don’t see that you use it, and I think you won’t rummage through things. You don’t check into hundredth rooms, they are called slums among vacationers, it’s better to spend a little money, but buy a superior, then, for sure, you won’t get into slums. Although, I was told (a reliable source) that during the spring break there were so many people that they settled anywhere. They opened all the closets, members, sheds and settled people there (not all of course, but there were some), there were scandals. And who can complain if you are already in another country, and the ticket home is only in a week? Separately, I would like to dwell on our departure. We left the hotel at 4.00, the three of us left (myself and the children). And at 4.05 a group left, flying to Domodedovo, there were about 20 of them. The three of us from 4 o'clock in the morning were shaking in a minibus for an hour around the city, collecting those who fly to Odessa from other hotels, instead of sending us to 4.05 with Domodedovo immediately to the airport. After all, the transfer is only to the airport, and not to Odessa or Moscow, what difference does it make with which group to go to the airport? If there was one thing the Pegasus people were thinking about when making such a schedule, then our convenience was the last thing. Regarding the dry rations that we were given on the road. It was a sandwich, a croissant, two jams, butter, a triangle of processed cheese, one shriveled small apple the size of a chicken egg or even smaller (this is the first and last time I saw apples in a hotel), one small banana and 0.5 liters of dassani water . All this was folded into a paper bag, which tore even before we got to the airport. The children did not have any fruit in the bags at all. Just hug and cry. When we collected other people for transfer to hotels and saw what they were given with us, we tried to ensure that no one saw the contents of our packages, because I just felt ashamed. And the people were also not from the fives. Summing up, I will say that in general we had a good rest. . The children really liked the water slides, the food in general, the animators tried from morning to evening as usual, the wonderful sea, the air temperature is 35-40, the water is 23-26, the winds that everyone scared about, I didn’t notice at all, but there were also disadvantages, which, in my opinion, simply should not be.
