Hello! We returned from the Charm Network, I decided to leave my review, because before the trip I re-read everything here and now I do not agree with many. We really liked the hotel. We arrived at night, they fed us (although they gave us a drink only for money). When they gave out the number, they prayed that it would not be hundredths, here they scared them so much. I got 952. A good room, so big, everything worked, though the shower in the bathroom was not thought out - water was often on the floor, but oh well. We broke something in the room all in a row: on the first day, my husband broke the key, then the shower broke, then the child broke the glass - everything was fixed for us free of charge. Pleased with the animation in the hotel. Very funny! Especially for children. Our daughter left for the mini-club at 10 o'clock, and did not appear until 21 o'clock after the mini-disco. I liked the idea of ​ ​ the hotel - cartoons every day on the big screen. Ice cream, popcorn for free as much as you want, not like in other hotels there are 1 portion per hand. The territory of the hotel is very green, everything is constantly washed and looked after. Nicely. But, of course, there were bad moments as well. For example, the stealing janitor in our room. Stole 5 bucks and a pack of cigarettes. A little, but unpleasant, straight out of the suitcase. Although we tip regularly. We wrote a statement to the hotelier Dina, he was eliminated. We do not know where, maybe they were fired. In general, we recommend the hotel to everyone!
