I read negative reviews, I thought that there would always be dissatisfied, but no, everything coincided! We went from the tour operator Join Up.
The transfer brought me to the hotel at 4 am (the flight was rescheduled, we lost a day), we got the key to the room, the lock stuck, there was a puddle of water in the room up to the plinth under the cabinets and the refrigerator, which did not work, the bulbs in the lamps did not work, the room was killed, unusable for housing! An attempt to replace it with another failed, but they managed to get the water removed, as a result, they simply raked it out with a mop onto a rug in the corridor. After waiting for the morning, we managed to change the room, thanks to the Russian-speaking girl, Maryana, who is sitting at a table to the left of the reception. At the reception, the administrators pretend that they do not understand your language and what you want from them. Another room differed from the previous one only in the presence of a hair dryer and working lights, the refrigerator did not work. All rooms are dead. Fungus both in the rooms and the corridor.
Dining room - horror, a separate issue. There are no elementary napkins, EVERYTHING is beaten on plates! If you didn’t have time for the beginning of dinner, they don’t let you in, you wait in line at the door until a table is free. It turned out not to rest, but to fight for survival!

A WARNING!! ! On the promenade, to the left of the beach, an aggressive Arab sells fruit, rushes at women, spreads his arms, pushes if you refuse to buy! Obviously inadequate, be careful!! !
