I want to say right away that the first several days everything was much worse, then (after the arrival of the owner, the dismissal of part of the staff) the situation was several. improved. . .
1. Check-in: the bracelet is issued only at 10-00, check-in is strictly at 14-00
After talking at the reception (it's really VERY hot there) in English-Arabic for a large chocolate bar and 2 packs of cigarettes (my initiative, they even tried to refuse) they gave a very good, large (2 double beds), with a sea view (though on the 1st floor ) room. Everything worked - air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, shower, etc. Considering the large territory, with a good location, between a bar and a restaurant, next to an artificial lake. Check-out: at 12-00, but people without a bracelet dined quietly.
2. Cleaning: a couple of times they left something for tea, once they made a "crocodile", the towels were changed a couple of times, the bed was not (we changed it ourselves from the 2nd bed), the garbage was removed, the floor seemed to be washed. The instructions for the safe were initially incorrect (see photo)

Meals: breakfast (at the restaurant, or rather in the dining room, because the restaurant does not pull absolutely, the air conditioning also works poorly), lunch is poor and very stuffy, dinner is more varied and in the fresh air (I recommend coming up for 15.20 minutes and take a comfortable table, and sometimes I was strained with plates). 4. Drinks: there is NO alcohol in the restaurant! better... If anyone (as I am interested in 100 ml of something pleasant before a meal, it is better to take it with you.
From time to time there is no beer, then cola, etc. Be sure to take with you the norm. Beer containers of 100 ml in a glass are somewhat annoying (and it happened in the bar and they weren’t there, so it’s better to have your own, especially tea in plastic cup)
5. A la carte restaurant: everything is the same, but in a calm atmosphere, on the terrace by the lake.
6. Beach: free, enough sun loungers, sandy entry, at low tide in the "lagoon" you can take a dip, the pier is not crowded with people, the reef is beautiful (be sure to take a mask-snorkel-fins). Although if you need a sandy beach, it's better in Hurghada... In the bar on the beach at first there was only water and a warm drink, then EVEN beer appeared.
