I'll start from the beginning:
1. The tour operator was an annex tour and there are no claims against it.
2. As soon as we arrived at the hotel at the reception there was a wonderful stench. It became clear, although there was still hope that the air conditioner was broken or something.

The room was normal. In general, quite dirty, in the shower on the wall were cigarette butts. The hair dryer barely worked, the air conditioner broke 3 times and 3 times I was ignored until the "fights" came to them. No one is fighting mosquitoes, ants all over the room.
3. As soon as they settled down, they immediately went to dinner, no one showed anything.
There was just a shock. I will remember this smell for the rest of my life.
The stench is such that even the eyes are watery, stuffy, flies are flying, because everything was scary to touch. My friend started crying and wanted to go home.
I also want to say that I am not picky or picky about food or conditions. The main thing is to be clean.

The attitude of the staff is excellent. For example, they didn't even give breakfast on the day of departure, although they ordered it in the evening. But it's good that they didn't give ...People had a rotten orange, a bun with a rotten stinky sausage, also a sweet bun, and a little juice.
The good thing is of course the sea and the beach, from which I did not leave, so as not to cross with the hotel.
DO NOT go there for any money!
