We went into the room and everything, starting with the smell in the room (rotten meat, cigarettes and dampness), “cleanliness”, the atmosphere (the already very old and tired hotel) didn’t suit us right away. We wanted to change the room (we had a superior), but when we saw a better room (Deluxe), we didn’t see any difference, except for the view from the window, we didn’t pay extra in vain and change, since the decoration and smell were the same. But the next day, they began to look for pluses in the fact that we were still in this country for the first time, and in particular in this hotel, the mood improved, we raised it ourselves). During the whole stay at the hotel, not a single cleaning was done properly, every time I caught the cleaner, and for a fee I asked to be cleaned more thoroughly in view of the fact that I have a child! Elementary, as I understood, that cleaning was not normal, this is that the hair in the bathroom (my mother falls very strongly) always remained lying on the floor, no one even cleaned or washed the floors in the bathroom, the towel was not changed until I didn’t ask (for dollars, of course), the bed was changed only for me in 10 days, where I slept with the child, and because the child smeared it with chocolate and it was impossible not to notice it, they never changed my mother ???? .
