Horrible hotel!! ! When checking in, they charged $50 for early check-in, and didn't put on the bracelets, saying that for $50 they would simply give out the room keys not at 12:00, but 5 hours earlier...They charged a separate fee of $8/person for breakfast. They didn't put on the bracelets...The attitude at the reception is terrible, no help, just laugh when you ask about a problem...Never choose this hotel...I've been to Egypt many times, I've never received such an attitude towards my guests in any hotel.. .
