If I had not seen how the beach is being cleaned in other hotels, then perhaps I would not have paid attention to it. But this is a prelude to the main story. . .

Moreover, when I try to order a SUITE room in a month and a half, I get an answer from a travel agency employee that the hotel does not sell suites for Russian tour operators (only for Germans), but the Superior room is what you need and the view will be 100% of the sea or pool .
SERIES 1: having arrived at the hotel at 22-00 Moscow time, the whole group (about 8 rooms) was settled in the Jaba building. After 20 minutes, we all met again at the reception with a request to change rooms. Why: the hotel has 4 buildings (from left to right): JABA, NUWEIBA, SHARM EL SHEIKH and RAS MOHAMAD. The two middle buildings (NUWEIBA and SHARM EL SHEIKH) are well located, indeed, the view of the sea or the pool from either side of the building (there is not much difference), the right building (RAS MOHAMAD) is also without any problems (on the one hand, a side view of the sea, with another neighboring territory, but quite decently, but the JABA building sucks. I turn on the TV (an old Grundik) and with the help of a poorly working remote control I find the broadcast of the match on some Arabic channel....

Someone was immediately settled in the right building (RAS MOHAMAD) and people are happy. And the middle buildings are mainly for Germans, although there are a lot of Russians in the hotel, incl. and in these good cases. It's just that the MOSTRAVEL tour operator is playing its own game. The suites in the middle buildings differ only in the view, as promised, on the sea or the pool, and in the price (+$300), and everything else is the same. The question arises: why in Moscow, more than a month before departure, they do not articulate the difference, but hang noodles about numbers for the Germans and for the RUSSIAN !! ! It's just that MOSTRAVEL employs incompetent or dishonest people. Although their representative on site (Marina) many thanks for the support. When ordering a tour from an operator more than a month before departure, I asked for a LUX room in advance, trying to insure myself against the situation described in SERIES 1. I did not need a penny savings (discount) of $ 100 - $ 200 from a travel agency at a tour cost of 84.000 rubles. Knowledgeable people assessed this situation this way: your $300 surcharge, the hotel staff will share it with representatives of the tour operator. And not with a representative in the hotel, but with higher-ranking ones, on whom the purchasing company depends at the beginning of the holiday season.
