What else would I like to say, the hotel manager is always present, controls everything himself, communicates with guests, apparently that’s why there is such a service. When going on an excursion, you can order rations at the reception, meager, but still. I would also like to advise that if you are burned, ask for a chatterbox at the hotel pharmacy, it helps a lot. He emailed me the photo files. But to make it clear, in their or his understanding, to process a photo is to put it in some kind of program, add color brightness (grass is such that it eats away the eyes), nothing was done about the agreed nuances, where it was really necessary to retouch. It seems that he did almost nothing with those photos at all, but simply passed them through some kind of program (which I can do myself) in 5 minutes and that's it. Yes, against this background, so as not to be unfounded, no one even warned about the delay or that the photographer would not be there until I myself started looking for him. And they had a connection with me, that is, they even warned that somehow something was changing, it never occurred to anyone, but why, the money had already been paid. Let my sad experience of a photo shoot with these people (I really wanted to, although in Ukraine you can do it better and much cheaper, but there is no such background) will be an example for someone. I don’t know how the rest work, but the work of these people looks like a scam!
This nuance has nothing to do with the staff and service in the hotel itself, other than that they just apparently rent a place. But let the hotel administration know what unprofessional and low-quality services are provided on their territory.
But in general, the rest is wonderful, I recommend the hotel !! !

I stayed with my husband for a week in this hotel. I really liked the hotel for its location and service. The beach and the sea are just amazing! I liked the food, everything is enough, both meat and fish, but everything. The Internet catches everywhere, we were very surprised by this, for Egypt this is a rarity, thanks to the hotel for this! Sandy beach in a closed bay with a good smooth entry into the sea along the entire length of the beach, no coral crust, no corals - convenient and safe. The beach is large - about 150 meters long, the buoys are pushed back by 50-70 meters, there is where to swim. There are no corals as such, except for a couple of bushes at the bottom, which are still to be looked for. But from the beach there is a free boat to the exit from the bay to the coral, accompanied by a lifeguard from the hotel. You can swim at your leisure and admire the corals and fish.
The bay is considered windless and is the number 1 choice when relaxing in winter. There is a slight breeze from the sea, but in the heat it is even pleasant.
Minus - nearby in the bay banana skiing, water skiing, pleasure yachts - can bring exhaust gases from all these boats.
Depends on the direction of the wind. But in the morning, until ten o'clock, the air is always clean, then how lucky.
The rooms are comfortable, equipped with everything you need, they are updating the rooms, but without changing the design, minor repairs and tinting. The rooms are clean, cleaning daily. Bed linen is white and towels are changed daily.
Minus - after the repair, the dryers on the terraces were removed, now the swimsuits have to be dried on the backs of the chairs.
