Rested at the hotel from 5 to 14 August 2018. The hotel was chosen for a long time and purposefully, because. last year I was in the Radisson Blu hotels in Nabq, The Royal Grand Sharm in Ras Um El Side. By the time the decision was made to rest, many hotels stood on their feet. And my choice fell on the Iberotel Palace hotel. I was very pleased with my choice of hotel!
What I liked about the hotel:
1) HOTEL! ! A small cozy chamber hotel, without noise and fuss!! ! Beautiful, well-groomed, green, clean and thoughtful territory.
Located opposite the old town.
The hotel is suitable for people who prefer a quiet relaxing holiday. In my opinion, people who prefer a party and "golden youth" this hotel is not quite suitable. For children there are children's rooms and children's animation.

2) Numbers. My room was very good, spacious, clean, on the ground floor with a terrace in the Sharm El Sheikh building! The bed is good, comfortable, the bed is clean, changed often. The towels are white, soft and fluffy. There are bathrobes and slates. The air conditioning worked very well (3 modes), the safe in the room and the plumbing worked properly!! ! Tea (several types), coffee, milk powder, soap accessories, body cream, water were replenished daily. Room cleaning was carried out daily and very high quality, for which I am very grateful to the guys (one of them is Waleed), who cleaned my room!!!
I agree with the reviews that the furniture is a bit old. BUT!!! ! In my opinion, this is not the main thing on vacation. Everything in the rooms functions perfectly (safe, air conditioning, kettle, shower, etc. ), but this is more important.
The hotel has 4 buildings. In my opinion, the best 2 medium buildings are the best rooms in which start from 200 and from 300.
3) FOOD! There are 2 restaurants on the territory of the hotel: the main and 18+ small cozy chamber restaurant with music and excellent service (without children, they are not allowed in bathing suits, men in shorts in the evening).
They cook quite tasty in my opinion excellent!!! ! The menu is quite varied, I think everyone will find something to their liking. Dishes change every day, while daily there are meat dishes (beef, lamb), poultry (duck, chicken, usually 2-3 species), fish always and seafood every other day or two. Soups 2 types for lunch and dinner. A wide variety of snacks and side dishes, pastries, fruits, dried fruits. In the evening there are always 4 types of ice cream.
4) The sea is warm and gentle! A beautiful reef with a daily boat schedule!!!! ! The reef is not bad, maybe not so picturesque, but with a huge variety of corals and beautiful fish. I agree with the opinion of tourists that one of the main goals, in addition to visiting the heritage of the most ancient civilization, is, of course, the beauty of the most picturesque RED SEA !!!!
5) Equipped beach with a gentle entry into the sea!! ! Sufficient number of sunbeds. Clean beach towels. An excellent bar on the beach where you can have breakfast, lunch, and generally delicious refreshments throughout the day. A variety of drinks from water to alcohol. Ice cream 4 types. Working hours from 10 am to 5.30 pm. Took quad safari and parasailing. Corresponds to the price / quality!
The beach is clean and cleaned regularly. Polite bar staff.

I recommend treating bartenders with understanding and not only demanding smiles and kind service from them. You are hot in bathing suits, but what about them?
6) GREAT SERVICE!!! ! I think one of the strengths of this hotel!!
All chief managers from morning until late at night not only control the work of the direction entrusted to them, but also do the work themselves if necessary.
More than once I saw how Mamdouh, the chief catering manager, cleaned dirty dishes, folded napkins, helped bring food to the table for children and the elderly, was always interested in the opinion of the guests, carefully listened to the comments and wishes of the guests and, if possible, eliminated them. I heard that guests can order food on request. I have not used this service myself. There was no need. Compared to the hotels in Sharm that I visited in 2017, the food is amazingly delicious. The hotels were also 5 stars and about the same price policy. (all reviews on sites).
Cleaning manager Ibrahim is also on his feet all the time and is also "close to the people". Personally communicated more than once. He carefully listened to my wishes and eliminated them. Usually the complaints of vacationers come down to problems with air conditioning and plumbing.
I am grateful to Ahmed!!!! , the main manager of the reception, changing the room to a quieter one helped me recuperate and made my stay just perfect. At the beginning, they gave me a room in the Jaba building. The room is excellent, cleaning is exactly the same as in other buildings. BUT THE ODD ROOMS ARE OVERLOOKING ON A PUBLIC ROAD AND SOME MANUFACTURING BUILDING ALWAYS MAKE NOISE. It is impossible to sleep day or night with an open balcony. For all my attempts to contact the reception managers with a request to change the room to a similar one in other buildings, I received an answer that the hotel was 100% full. This went on for 3 days until I contacted the main manager!!! ! The problem was solved immediately! FOR WHAT I AM VERY GRATEFUL AND GRATEFUL TO THE CHIEF RECEPTION MANAGER AHMED!!!!

I was very pleased with the work of the waiters in both restaurants and the beach bar, who work quickly, clearly, and harmoniously. The guys are trying very hard, it is felt that they value their workplace, they do their work efficiently and quickly, they are attentive to the requests of the guests. Dirty dishes are never piled up on the tables. Refreshments and alcohol are served to guests. In restaurants, a bar on the beach and throughout the territory is always very clean!!!!!!
HUGE HELP IS PROVIDED BY TWO GIRLS IN WORKING WITH GUESTS ANNA AND KRISTINA. The girls do their work very conscientiously, listen carefully to the requests of the guests and immediately either solve it or tell them who to contact. True, if you want your request to be fulfilled quickly !! ! better turn to the girls. The difference in mentality, all the peoples in Asia (India, China, Thailand....) are a little slower than we are with the CIS? ))
In particular, I am very very grateful to Anna, I have never seen such devotion to my work in any other country!!!! ! Anna gave me great help and support throughout my vacation and I can say with confidence that thanks to her, first of all, my vacation was great!!!
7) Internet. Free WIFI internet throughout the territory, where it is better where it is worse. In my opinion, it is better to purchase an Egyptian SIM card either upon arrival at the airport from $ 5-8 and more, depending on the operator (3 in Sharm), or you can purchase a SIM card at branded mobile communication centers. Personally, I bought a Vodafone SIM card with 4 MB of Internet and calls within the country, was it enough for the duration of my stay and even left for the next time? )))
8) I liked the animation at the hotel, not intrusive, it basically boiled down to doing sports on vacation - aqua aerobics, yoga. Perhaps for games in the pool, I can’t say because. in the presence of one of the best seas in the world, do I go around the pools? ))))))
And I really liked listening to the live singing of the artists, new ones performed every day and they sang just wonderful!!!
