I don't know why there are so many positive reviews for this hotel. Did not like! We do not recommend!
The hotel was chosen based on reviews and bought into a high rating + sandy entry into the sea.
Positive points:
- quickly settled in the room (20 dollars + a box of chocolates)
- very beautiful landscaped area. Everything blooms and is constantly cleaned, watered, washed.
- clean sandy beach.
- a good bar on the beach, delicious coffee, a variety of drinks, delicious ice cream, pizza. Friendly smiling waiters.
- there is no queue in the restaurant, good service, it is possible to eat in the restaurant 18+
- room cleaning every day (tip 1-2 dollars daily)
- in the room tea, instant coffee in the range;
- shower gels, shampoos, etc. replenished daily. Towels were changed daily.

Upon arrival, we were warned by vacationers that this is the way it is here, and the probability is 100% that when you come to the beach by 8 in the morning you can not find a free place. There are few people on the beach, but everything is occupied with towels! It's true - early in the morning everyone trudges to the beach to stake out a place - throw a beach towel, leave one slippers, pareo, sunblock, a book, etc.

- it was unrealistically difficult to extend the number : ( we had a late flight, at 12 at night. 3 more families flew from the hotel with us, some were with small children. But in order to extend the number, all of us flying on this late flight had to go to Reception and sooooo ask to extend our stay at the hotel. We were promised and promised: "come tomorrow after 8 pm! " "Come tomorrow morning, after 8 am! "! "Come today after 10 am! " "All this was accompanied by unpleasant smirks from the administrators. After a scandal involving 3 families of vacationers and administrators, the rooms for all of us were extended until 18.00. The demand to invite the hotel's general manager helped. (The manager was not called, the rooms were extended).
The cost of spilling a room until 18.00 cost 50 dollars.
This unpleasant situation completely spoiled our impression of the rest in this hotel. It's a shame that the same $50 was offered by us from the very beginning. It would be possible to take the money and let people spend their last day on the beach in peace, without running every 2 hours to the reception.
