I am writing a review about the hotel, not about the possibility of rest.
In connection with quarantine measures, in December 2020, Kazakhstanis could bask in the sun on a budget in Sharm. The travel agency offered a number of hotels, we are used to organizing our vacation ourselves (2 adults + a child, 5 years old), and not relying on others, and therefore, after reading reviews, watching video materials and wind direction maps, we settled on it.
The choice fell on Iberotel Palace 5 * - Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, according to the following criteria:

1. Own, sandy beach, 150-200 meters long, a sufficient number of sun loungers and mushrooms, there is a line of pavilions covered with material. There is a bar on the beach, open during the daytime, drinks for every taste, ice cream, nuts, chips, you can have a bite to eat at lunchtime without leaving the beach. Respect to the bartenders, children are served without problems, if adults do not push away from the bar. Lifeguard and security guard are always present.
2. The sea is amazing, the entrance is gentle, the beach is located in the bay and therefore there was practically no wind, we swam with pleasure, which is not typical for December. From the beach there is a boat to the reefs, for those who like to dive.
3. The territory of the hotel is compact, everything is within walking distance, cleanliness has always been maintained, despite the garbage that vacationers constantly leave, it is a problem for CIS residents to throw garbage into a bin or basket. The location of the buildings, pool, bars, beach and restaurants contribute to the fact that you do not even notice the presence of other vacationers. Two girls constantly walked around the territory, I don’t remember their names, they asked vacationers about the problems they encountered during their vacation, it was possible to consult them on various issues.
4. Swimming pool, there are two of them on the territory, one is heated, which was not turned on, but during the day the sun was scorching so that it was not needed, and the second in which no one swam because of the cold. Near the upper pool bar, open during the day. The lifeguard is always there.
5. Receptionist, friendly and helpful workers, speak Russian and English well. The guide from the company appeared on the first day, crammed tours, took passports for printing, the rest of the time we communicated by vatsap. Wi-Fi is stable only at the reception, in other places it is not stable. Next to the reception there is a bar and a restaurant of Italian cuisine, an appointment in which, in advance, at the reception with a choice of dishes.

6. Food, on the territory, during our vacation, in addition to Italian, there were two restaurants, in the second they were not allowed with children, so I don’t know about it. The food is excellent, in the first days vacationers grab everything, but on the third day they calm down and everything becomes normal. I won’t describe the menu, but it’s varied, some people don’t eat like that at home. Waiters always bring drinks. Chefs are also respected, the small one comes to the counter, speaks or points to the product, and they gladly put it on the plate.
7. The location of the hotel near the old town is also great, shops, cafes, restaurants on the streets, in the evening you can take a walk, kill time, so to speak.

9. Standard room, huge bed, cleaned every day, towels changed daily, I don’t remember the bedding, but there were no problems. We lived on the first floor, you go out onto the veranda beauty, lawn, flowers, palm trees. The room only rested and changed clothes, the rest of the time outside the room.
10. Children. As I wrote above, the son at the time of the rest was not yet 5 years old. In the pool and the sea I swam in a vest, a lot of pleasure. In the early days, he was shy, and then he took drinks for himself, even brought his parents, in the restaurant he took whatever food he wanted. The children's room did not impress him, but the evening disco is a special ritual. On the beach, the kids got to know each other and played themselves, some parents helped them, which made it even more fun. Small from the rest was satisfied.
Conclusion: we liked it, there were some nuances, but they could not spoil the pleasure.
