My husband and I flew to this hotel from September 5-15.2015. Upon arrival, we were placed quickly. But the wishes about the rooms were not taken into account. The hotel is on the first line to the sea. There is still construction going on. There are 3 swimming pools out of 4. The rooms are old and poorly cleaned. Very big problem with towels. Upon arrival, there are no towels in the rooms, only with a scandal they bring them to your room. And throughout the rest)) they take towels during cleaning, and bring them only after 4 pm. Even scandals do not help, towels are not brought. The same goes for the policy around the beach and the pool. They don't change to clean ones. Change only to cards. And already in the morning from 8.00 on the cards you can learn clean towels. I would like to note the dirty cleaning in the rooms and the boorish attitude of the staff. The food is quite bearable. Ice cream from 15 to 17 for free. The bar is open from 10 am. On the beach, alcohol from 11.00 was always delayed. The representative at the hotel from anex tour Abdullah is just a boor, does not solve a single problem, does not give a damn about everything. They are evicted from the rooms at 12.00 and cut off the bracelets, then if you want to drink and eat everything at your own expense, even if the flight is delayed for 6 hours. (Like us). Water was not even offered.
The sea is gorgeous. Pure. The fish and corals are wonderful. The pool is cleaned at night. The pontoon closes at 17.30.
I do not recommend this hotel and do not recommend choosing anex tour either.
