if we talk about a 5-star hotel, then only the food and the sea corresponded, when it was probably not a bad hotel, but now it is not well-groomed, the staff is impudent, the rooms are cleaned disgustingly. When we settled, they gave us a terrible ugly room in which my girlfriend categorically refused to live, for other staff I wanted $40 for each day. I said that I can only give $10, after which they gave another room, but also worse than even in three stars, not cleaned at all. On the second day they cleaned it, but they hung one towel for two, appealed to the reception desk on this issue, but without result. I had to buy a towel for myself. The spa is miserable - wasted time, massage for 3.
Separately, I want to say about the ANEX-tur company and its representatives at the hotel! It's just awful! These representatives took half a day of rest! problems, friendship should consist in buying excursions from them. Then they said that our insurances are not valid until they register us with passports and told everyone to get together again with passports in half an hour, they had a conversation with everyone and forced them to brazenly buy excursions. I am already everywhere in Egypt I was, rested in many hotels, but the guide tried to disgrace me in front of my girlfriend that they say I just don’t have money-HORROR! Then they took our passports under the pretext that insurance would not work without it and they said to come in an hour, in my opinion it’s not at all legally! When they came, they again demanded a promise that we would not buy excursions anywhere except them, otherwise we might have problems, because we are not friends with them. ex tour will not expel these two crooks, it’s not clear, they probably sell excursions well. Of 7 days, the first and last on the road and half a day were taken away by representatives of the annex at the hotel!

The first time I went on a last minute trip and regretted it, I didn’t save a lot of money, but the rest was not very good! I won’t go to this hotel again and I don’t advise others!
