I explain why. My biggest claim is to the kitchen. It is simply impossible to eat food. Not only have I never tasted the worst, they are also dangerous to my health. Half of the holiday I was bored even by the smell, I treated the disorder for a week. Only fruit and more or less sweet were delicious. I had to cut myself with pasta, hummus, eggplant. Fortunately, in recent days there have been at least grilled vegetables. I had to be satisfied with them and this is provided that I am a person who loves meat and fish.

I hate the staff (I have no complaints only about the reception and the cleaner). I quarreled with their canteen administrator, who decided to transplant us because the table was reserved for a birthday. The rudeness and impudence of this man was simply amazing. Also interesting is that the 5-star hotel is going to have a 4-star lunch for lunch. That is, queues and no free table.

To our remarks about their presence, the employee explained that according to the decision of the management, they have every right to eat at our hotel.

Next, about the beach. The motto of this hotel is "continuous queue". Of course, I have no complaints about the sea (extremely good), but - the marriage of sunbeds and you must first stand in line to jump off the pontoon, and then, conversely, to climb it. The same story with the bar.

Then about ANEH Tour and their "mega" guides. We spent half of the first day of vacation on these grabbers. First, a temporary lecture on possible options for excursions and the threat that will be with us all if we do not buy anything from them and go with someone else. After our refusal to buy, they started drinking roof. Until 11 o'clock we couldn't approach to sign in their documents, after - had to come at one o'clock in the afternoon as these "bloodsuckers" took away our insurances, it isn't clear for what. They managed to take them back with a scandal.
I wanted to approach the animators and cheer them up.

On the plus side: of course these are the deadliest kings and fish, great weather, I liked the view of the hotel, beautiful pools and great location. The contingent is Ukrainians. The hotel is family run, so there is nothing for single girls and boys to do. Entertainment is uninteresting.

I appeal to both vacationers and travel agencies, with a request not to recommend this hotel, because there is a very high risk of spoiled vacation.
