Arrived on January 5 in the evening, before dinner. Settlement - in 10 minutes and without additional surcharges. Room - in the building next to the main restaurant - between the two pools. The room was dusty but everything worked. There is not enough renovation of the repair, at least cosmetic. Most importantly - snow-white towels and bedding! They changed every day, although we never saw who cleaned the room. They left both a chocolate bar and a dollar - the result is the same, even if nothing was left. Well, the Egyptians have such an approach to cleaning : )))
The territory is huge and very well maintained. Each tree, each flower is under individual watering. Near the hotel, two minutes walk - Soho Square - with singing fountains and a bunch of shops for every taste and budget. Walking on it is a pleasure!
Food is a separate issue! I will say right away - there was a lot of food and for every taste. In addition to the main restaurant, there are two more - near the beach. Those who are too lazy to climb to the top can have a great meal near the beach. Meat - veal, lamb, chicken, various fish, seafood, a sea of ​ ​ ​ ​ vegetables and fruits - my eyes ran wide, what to eat : ) I generally keep quiet about the countless desserts! As a birthday girl, the hotel presented me with the freshest delicious cake right in the room!

On January 6, we had a Christmas gala dinner planned for an additional fee. The buffet was simply bursting with an abundance of seafood and other delights of the culinary creativity of local chefs. The concert program included a belly dance, a dance with skirts and tambourines, traditionally performed only by men, an African show and a local singer who tried very hard. but to be honest, I spoiled all the world hits : )))
Animation team - well done. Entertained vacationers from dawn to dusk! Charging on the beach, dancing, yoga, volleyball - entertainment for every taste! The guys tried their best! In the evenings there were various thematic programs in which everyone who wished participated. Whoever wanted to was taken to a disco.
The beach is clean, with comfortable, although not always new, sunbeds. Towels - clean, fresh, warm!
The only negative for me was that entry into the sea is only from the pier. Near the shore - a coral crust that cannot be stepped on - the beach workers immediately whistle. Children with circles and non-swimmers, like me, had nothing to do in the water. Before lunch, the tide is out - the water near the shore is bone-deep. You won't go further - they whistle. After lunch, the tide is above the knee and you can take a dip. Who can swim - heaven on earth! My husband snorkeled, saw different fish, there are a lot of them.
I would like to write about the hotel guides from the "Anex-tour" separately. This is not the first time we have a rest, and we know how intrusive, and, at times, categorical, they can be. This time it was different. Guide - Hamada, offered several excursions, including a sightseeing tour of the city. He emphasized that there would be three stops for cultural places and three shopping ones, and finally - lunch at a fish restaurant. All this pleasure for only $15 per person. During the tour, the guide Evgenia told a lot of interesting things about the city itself and about the places where the stops were planned. Maybe one of the vacationers listened inattentively, but during the tour there was a conflict with claims about unreliable information provided. We had no complaints, since from the very beginning we understood where and why we were going. There are no complaints about the guide.

In general, I can put out of 10 - 8 points. One minus point - for repairs that would need to be updated, the second minus - for entering the sea, which makes swimming difficult for those who cannot swim and for children.
