We rested at the hotel before and during the quarantine, it just so happened that my husband and I had a birthday, so we decided to combine the rest and celebrate. The fact that the quarantine began was not part of our plans, we didn’t get it for two days, we were taken out without compensation.

In the bathroom, the plumbing was dead, they constantly forgot to put toilet paper. Fungus is everywhere in the bathroom. Someone can say what you wanted during the quarantine period, but everything was paid for. Neighboring hotels worked and Savoy and Concord and Hilton and there were also vacationers.

Hot water disappeared, they fixed it, the taps just fell off. The water from the tap was rusty then it all flowed like coffee chocolate. We were moved to another room, but it was no better) the same dirt on all horizontal surfaces, dirty mirrors. The highlight of the room - the toilet was leaking ((((we didn’t move anymore.

I am sure that no one will do a general cleaning in the rooms during the quarantine. Before entering the building, they sprayed with chlorine, that's all disinfection. You can close your eyes to everything, but the quarantine put an end to our vacation. The hotel staff is a different story, they don’t know anything and they can’t and don’t want to do anything.
