There is no tea set for making tea (I called the reception to bring it, so they brought only a kettle, but no one replenished tea and sugar for ten days). Changing a beach towel is a problem, you have to run after the person who cleans the room at lunchtime, and finding him is always a problem. Again I called to solve this problem at the reception - they promised, but no one came. I advise the hotel to pensioners who like to go down the stairs. In the evening it's boring, the animators are passive. The advantage of the hotel is the first line. The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment. I won't come back here for the second time.
