I liked almost everything, the mood was excellent, especially for a three-year-old daughter... Our family is not picky, my husband and I are in Egypt for the second time, we travel for the fifth time (three times - Turkey, two - Egypt)
I'll start with the arrival... Our flight was postponed from 7.00 to 16.05 (but this became known in advance when collecting documents), which I immediately did not like, and indeed we arrived at the hotel only at ten o'clock in the evening (almost at night). Everything went fine at the airport and in Moscow and Egypt. The magic words "Sinai only" did their job and we got to Sharm without visas for $ 15 per person (and we had a company of 13 people - these are four families).
At the hotel, we must pay tribute, they settled quickly (10-15 minutes) did not pay anyone anything. Since everyone was already very tired and wanted to eat (and my daughter was already sleeping for 3 years), we didn’t immediately consider anything, and after we settled into the room (and my daughter woke up) we went to dinner at the main restaurant, where we were wonderfully served by the Russian-speaking waiter Said ( yes, throughout the rest I did not notice a bad attitude towards us on the basis of nationality from the waiters, bartenders and other hotel staff). Twice we signed up for other restaurants for dinner - in Rybny (on the seashore), where there was delicious food, the waiter Maher always forgot something, and we still didn’t wait for the ordered dessert, and Italian (we liked it more - tastier and the waiter served very quickly and well).

However, some girls of our company were refused cocktails (non-alcoholic) at the bar of the 4th pool (on the beach), although there was no frank rudeness, but the air was shaken by unpleasant words in German (as if not addressed to anyone)
Almost nothing overshadowed our vacation... there were small household problems (the safe did not work, the shower stall was leaking, the curtain in the shower did not close well), which were eliminated quickly after contacting the reception (many thanks to Kazim)
The hotel is large, very beautiful, I especially liked the bridges with overflowing water over mini thresholds, a very beautiful three-tiered pool with a jacuzzi, there are many pools, there are also enough bars, greenery - very beautiful flowering trees and cacti. Indeed, the hotel is undergoing renovation of a part of the hotel territory, which does not affect the rest of people in any way, there was no noise or unpleasant external review. Meals: we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant - everything we ate was delicious, especially soups, fish and pies, as well as beef, squid, chicken, potatoes, pasta, rice, etc. However, there is not enough variety, not looking at the economical five (for the first time we rested in the four - the food was better and more varied), it was possible to diversify cereals and fruits (every day I had to feed the child only oatmeal, from fruits - melon, grapefruit, orange, very tasty fruit salad, dates, sometimes pomegranates, once there was a little watermelon (there were really not enough whole apples (or at least halves), plums and watermelon, you could add grapes (it was in the decorations on cakes and cakes).

Room: large, spacious, bright and comfortable, the cleaner tried for the first four days, on the fifth his efforts ended, and for the last two days he only changed linen and towels, blankets with lumps were somehow laid on the bed and all the pillows were piled up, available in the room; I don’t know how he washed the floor, but when I was looking for children’s shoes, I found that it was not known when they cleaned up under the bed (dust and small rubbish that had long been lying around and dusty), in my opinion he never cleaned up on the terrace adjacent to the room (especially I I noticed this during windy weather, when a lot of sand and other small debris blew up, which remained there until our departure). Since we were supposed to be evicted at 12.00, we extended the room until 17.00 for $ 50 cheaper, they said it was impossible (such prices and rules), there is no hourly extension. But this time was just enough for me, and when I, together with my husband, were fastening our bags, the cleaners knocked on us (after a three-time reminder from the reception) and kindly escorted us out of the room, saying thank you for visiting our hotel, and a cargo gazelle was waiting for us near the room , where we loaded our luggage and lightly (which was very nice) went to hand over the keys and cards for towels, my husband was also told at the reception - thank you for visiting the hotel and invited me to come again.
Beach: clean well-groomed, bars work well, delicious soft drinks, beer. in the snack bar - very tasty hot dogs with beef meat and hamburgers with cutlets, mayonnaise is very similar to our "Provencal"; there are enough sun loungers, there is no sea strip for swimming for children (you can flounder only at high tide), I had to urgently buy an inflatable vest for my daughter and she already bought herself a swim in the sea and in the pools. The sea is clean, transparent, a lot of all kinds of fish and corals (my husband and sister told me that I don’t swim with a mask myself), two pontoons (one with an imitation of a pool, where my daughter really liked), a view of Tiran Island.
Animation - everywhere, on the beach, by the pool, in the main restaurant in the evening, they invite you to performances and classes, I especially want to mention Mido - the most active and pleasant of the entire animation team, Anya (unfortunately, we caught her only two days at the beginning of the holiday) and benevolent, soft and sweet Yulia (she has a vocation to work with children), Zhenya sometimes played patty with my daughter, but she could calmly leave her older children (of which there were two of my nephews) to play darts without her, although also pleasant.
Departure: we were taken out of the hotel at 17.05, the plane was at 20.05 (I must say it was nice that at least the flight from Egypt was moved from 18.30 to 20.05, which somehow compensated for the late departure from Moscow), the bus on which we were taken was simply terrible (on such I haven’t gone yet) - the air conditioner didn’t work, the luggage compartment on the roof (and if the luggage is very heavy ?! ), the seats are old, the curtains are tattered - in general, a nightmare! The bus guide from Anex got off the bus before reaching the airport. We were taken to the airport normally without incident, where we quickly checked in our luggage, received boarding passes, went through passport control and went down to the waiting room, on the way a young kind Egyptian cleaner showed us an elevator to get down and insistently demanded 1-2 for this $, so much so that I had to "push" him out of the elevator, which could not go because of his nosy arms and legs.

Bottom line: the rest was a success, good pleasant impressions, I recommend this hotel for all categories of the population (for young people - there are discos and performances, and aerobics; for families with children - children's animation, a kids club (we just didn’t go, but we said that it was interesting), for people of respectable age there is a quiet rest), the price corresponds to the quality. Sea, sun and water are our best friends!
PS for hotel employees: I ask you to continue repairs on the territory of the hotel (paths and a pool with a jacuzzi about the main restaurant, as well as increase the illumination of the playground at night) and in the rooms (curtains in the showers and furniture (before leaving, we broke the door in the cabinet table), and increase attention to the cleaning of the hotel territory (timely mowing and watering plants, garbage and small debris, too, as well as garbage in the pools (including at the bottom) and the quality of cleaning rooms and terraces (balconies) adjacent to them, even without tips for the cleaner, because some vacationers may want to leave a tip at the end of the holiday, and sometimes there is nothing.
