Great hotel for a relaxing, quiet holiday. And if you get bored, you can always go to Nayama (book seats on the bus from the hotel at the reception) - there is plenty of noise.
The staff is responsive and friendly. Even in the evenings they said "Good morning" : )) Everyone understands and speaks Russian to the best of their ability. And if you smile yourself and don’t be rude, then everything will happen simply and quickly: drinks will be brought for food, etc.
I did not notice a strong different attitude towards Italians and other foreigners. The only thing is that the staff knows Italian and chatted with the residents all the time. But I think if we wanted to get to know the staff, we would be treated the same way.
I saw how a German gave money to a guy working on the beach for bringing a sunbed. The next day, no one fawned over this German. Basically, it's their job, these guys from the beach. We ourselves dragged when there were not three sunbeds nearby together. We are not in scrap! By the way, there are stationary umbrellas - you had to move all the time behind the shadow : )

But! Sometimes the chicken was not finished baking, the potatoes and rice were not cooked. Apparently, they did not have time : ) I took rice in a dietary corner - there it was always well steamed. And the juices are all powdered. But a large selection of tea and of course local alcoholic drinks : ))
Animation super! From 10 am all sorts of aerobics, yoga, latino and other volleyballs begin. At 16 o'clock also on the beach or by the large pool. In the evening at 2200 in the amphitheater. At 23-00 everyone was lit at the disco until late (or until the morning . . Disco in the hookah bar). The animators are all talented, kind and give their best. Everything was translated into Russian.

We walked to the right of the beach along the road (there is a wasteland, an impartial vidocq and a hotel under construction) - there is a wild pontoon near a smartly-under-construction hotel. It's super: the whole underwater world, corals, fish and other puppy joy! Addictive like a drug. Baron was not allowed on the pontoon of the neighboring hotel.
