We were there in the summer of 2025. . . arrived at the hotel at 7 am, checked in at 2 pm, even though I paid $40 to get a good room. There were people with small children and no one told them that they could feed their children for breakfast - they were hungry, and they didn't give us bracelets for lunch either. The staff seems to smile at you, but everyone is thinking about how to make money. When checking in, he stood there waiting for us to give him money for carrying the suitcase (although we said we would do it ourselves). . and waited so obsessively that it was disgusting. They gave us a room without a balcony and behind the reception, the windows were squeaking, they said that there were no others available. . We spent the night and in the morning I went to change the room. . We waited again until 2 pm, they offered us a room in another building on the way to the sea with a view of the sea, but besides the sea, there was a view of a garbage dump and construction and it was far to walk to the building to eat, we refused. Then they gave us a room closer and on the first floor with a terrace. There is a tuktuk constantly running to the beach, the driver is very nice and cheerful. The kitchen wants better. . . you won't be hungry, but eating the same thing every day becomes unpleasant, you have to catch a seat, we often waited for a free table. Alcohol is crap, the restaurant is in the main building under the reception, close to the sea, the wind is constant, although this summer is a plus, because we arrived and found complete calm for 2 days, so we thought we would die, the locals said that there is such a week when it is calm and we got to the end of it, so when the wind started we were so happy, because it was hard to breathe. It was June. I would like to say something about the animation, but there is nothing.... Morning movements start on the beach at 12 o'clock, when most people are already running away from the beach. . In the evening, their shows are nonexistent. . . there is an adult hotel nearby, sometimes they have something better there. . . and it's boring, we sometimes went to bed at 10 o'clock because there was nothing to do. . The bar by the pool worked from 9-11, but there were mosquitoes and only 3 tables. The sea is due to the fact that the neighboring hotel has not yet started its construction and has not fenced off its beach, so there is an opportunity to enter the sea from their side, because the entrance to the sea from the beach of this hotel has a lot of pebbles under your feet and going in barefoot is difficult and painful. . . I don't understand why you can't collect those pebbles when the tide is out. For swimming, it's exactly what children need - a gradual entrance and a lot of space to swim, very few fish, the coral is dead. The hotel has its own boat and a motorboat and often parks right where people are swimming, which is annoying and stinks. All the good reviews about this hotel are fake. Animators walk along the beach and their task is to look for people who have internet on their phones (WIFI doesn't reach the beach) and persuade them to write good reviews. . They have to give a certain amount of such reviews per day. In general, if it's not a matter of principle, movement, fish and super food, then it's fine. When you check out, you take off your bracelets and those who have a late flight are not allowed to eat, but I spoke my mind at the reception and they didn't take off our bracelets, but people with children were taken off and were hungry. There is a storage room, a room where you can leave things, if you have a late flight and check out at noon, we left them and went to the beach for another half a day, then changed in the toilet and went to the airport. There is a pharmacy right next to the beach. Room cleaning is just taking out the garbage. . Sometimes they even asked to do it and bring water because they didn't do it. Will I come there again? - no. There is no infrastructure outside the hotel.... Only a couple of shops that you have to walk over the road for 20 minutes. Upon arrival, there were few Russians, most of them were Kazakhs, Poles, a lot of Italians, and then like a wave, the Russians came and that's it, the cattle, they drank all the alcohol on the beach at lunch, they were drinking vodka in the morning, the staff was in shock. There were a lot of them and we were glad that it was already our last day, because we wouldn't have been able to stand it.
