We rested with my sister and our two children in February 2026. To say that I was terrified is an understatement. It all started with checking in at the reception. We arrived with our children at the hotel at 4:00 in the morning and although our room was free and we paid $30 for early check-in, the inadequate receptionist made us with our small and tired children wait from 4 to 6 in the morning on the sofa in the lobby. In this sofa, there are small children who spent a day on the road. My blood pressure rose to 155 from fatigue, although my upper limit is a maximum of 120. I asked for a doctor. After half an hour, someone came (not like a doctor) measured my blood pressure and gave me ibuprofen (! ), who knows, these medicines for fever and inflammation! In general, you will die in the lobby of this hotel - no one will help you. Then – we were put in a triple room in the main building, even though we booked a quadruple room and paid $1500 for the tour. As a result, my sister slept with her child on a single bed! The room was filthy. It was disgusting to touch anything, the air conditioner didn’t work and there was a musty smell in the room. But the worst part was that on the second day of my stay I got food poisoning at the hotel. At night my temperature rose to 38-39 and I started to feel very weak and have diarrhea. I couldn't look at food, my legs and arms were cottony, I felt terribly unwell for 3 days and as a result I bought an antibiotic at the pharmacy near the beach, which helped me, but it was already the last day of my stay. The Arab pharmacist said that this often happens to vacationers and it's salmonella!! ! Just imagine! You come to the hotel and catch salmonella, you lie around all the time on vacation and drink only water. If you want to pay for this, then this is the hotel for you! Everything is terrible here: I personally saw with my own eyes how one of their employees washed 40 cm of tools in the children's pool and then worked with these tools near the pool. Also in the children's pool where the slides were, there was strange white foam and plaque, the water hadn't been changed for a very long time. The waiters are poor workers who work around the clock and sleep 2-3 hours a day. The food is monotonous and, as I said, infected with harmful bacteria. Only for dinner there is a grill (mainly chicken), which I think is as safe as possible, because it is treated with fire. The water there is worth its weight in gold. They give 2 bottles of water, 1 liter per room per day, that's two liters of water for 4 people. The rest of the water has to be taken from the machine in glasses, the water is of incomprehensible quality, it's bottled. The beach-reef is dead, the sea is shallow, knee-deep, there's nowhere to swim. Is that a plus for the children? There are no fish, we saw two and a half fish in a whole week. The hotel is on the outskirts, there's no civilization nearby, the only mango shop is in some new building three-nine lands away. The animation is very weak, and only from 9:00 to 10:00 in the evening. There's nothing else to do in the hotel. The bar will be open until 2 am, where drunk people shout, and then they vacuum all night, because in the main building you can only fall asleep if you're very tired. There are a lot of flies and mosquitoes. Something bit me on my legs, in fact I've been home for a week, but the rash from the bites hasn't gone away yet. I suspect that these are bed mites. The only thing that pleased me was that the weather was good. The bottom line: a nightmare, a wild nightmare and a ruined vacation in every sense. But under no circumstances should you go to this hotel! I am sure that all the positive reviews about the hotel are not honest, but fake and recommended.
