I'll leave an honest review, as all the reviews below are true! Let's start with the location (the only plus). The hotel is located near the Mango Market, not far from the old town; a roundtrip taxi costs $1. But trust me, it's not worth it. The location is great! We stayed for a week, and the food was enough for three days. My child didn't want to go to their cafeteria, if you can call it that. You won't find anything except rice and pasta, just tiny pieces of fish and disgusting meat. One girl spent four days in her room with severe food poisoning (she's never seen the sea).
Let's continue, the beach is a wading pool. If you come to this hotel, you won't see the sea. We paid $3 per person to enter another beach! The beach they provide has boats nearby, oil, gasoline, and everything stinks. (The staff didn't solve any of the problems, and the staff is a separate issue. ) What about the rooms? If you want to bring a lot of cockroaches home, then feel free to unload your things from your suitcase! Don't risk your health and nerves. It's better to pay a couple thousand more and go to a better hotel where you won't be poisoned. We spent money on everything, including food and the beach.
We wanted to move to another hotel, but the manager said they'd give us another beach. Naturally, he lied. We went to a private beach for two days, and they said they couldn't help us. I wouldn't even give this hotel a star rating! There's also a brothel on the hotel grounds where there are fights every night.
