Clean pool
Slides for children are working
Rooms are cleaned
Well-groomed territory
Polite staff (not all)
Location of the hotel (next to Mango, delicious and affordable fish restaurant)
There are beaches nearby 5 min drive Palma 3$ entrance, El Fanar 4$

Disadvantages:
The beach is in the bay opposite Albatross (windless bay), but there are boats parked and being repaired, it smells of fuel, check out at 8, back at lunch around 14
The bed is not changed from previous guests, towels are not fresh
The furniture is very old
Cockroaches! I saw one in the room
The food is the same type (but what is the price, so is the food)
From drinks Fanta, cola, coffee, tea, rum, gin are free
Water, beer are paid
