We stayed at the hotel in January 2019. Hotel from the category of "None" in the full sense of the word. Money wasted. Memories and impressions are gone. Neither bad nor good.
I will write a detailed review, maybe it will help someone in choosing a hotel.
ACCOMMODATION and ROOM. We arrived early in the morning and were seated within 30 minutes. The room is big, not very comfortable. Plus rooms - a view of the quiet pool, a beautiful bathroom with a bidet, with bath and shower, walls and floors in marble, a large bed with a very soft mattress, like a feather bed. Minus the pillows. It was impossible to sleep on them, very thick and very tightly stuffed, slept without pillows at all, it was extremely uncomfortable. Slippers were given on request, there were two bathrobes in the room, although only my husband used the bathrobe. The bathrobe was about five sizes too big for me, and the quality of the bathrobes leaves much to be desired - the bathrobe is hard and prickly, it is extremely unpleasant to even touch it. The biggest minus of the room is a very unpleasant smell, some kind of musty, which intensifies when the air conditioner is turned on for heating. Immediately asked to show us other rooms. Showed another room on another floor, the smell was present too. Therefore, we had no choice but to stay in the room in which we were settled. At the reception they promised to eliminate the smell within 15 minutes. Indeed, the cleaners came, opened the lid of the air conditioner, sprayed a fragrance into the air conditioner), the smell of which disappeared after an hour, but the unpleasant smell of some kind of dampness remained and for eleven days this smell did not disappear despite the fact that our balcony was open almost the whole day, at night they also left it ajar, since there were practically no mosquitoes, they killed a couple of pieces during the whole time. The floors were not washed, they asked to wash them - they washed them. Soap supplies replenished every day. Removed normally. There was no coffee in the tea set. Only tea. The refrigerator was empty and also broken. For three days they could not get it repaired. No one at the reception understands Russian. There is no Russian-speaking guest relay, as in all normal hotels in Egypt, in this hotel. The refrigerator was replaced three days later, when I began to claim compensation for the drugs that were damaged in the non-working refrigerator. The word compensation seems to be familiar to them. I didn't see any compensation, though.

THE INTERNET. It looks like it's there, but it doesn't seem to be. It is stated in the concept that the Internet is available throughout the territory, including rooms. In fact, even classmates did not open.
RESTAURANT. Just a canteen. Dirty chairs indoors and crow-stained wicker chairs outside. From the staff - two guys who cleaned the tables and brought drinks. You had to run for cutlery and napkins, you had to wait for drinks, they were brought at the end of the meal or not brought at all. The feeling that the staff was instructed to take their time so that the guest did not have time to drink more than one glass. Beer most often ended, barely started). Plates, by the way, too. And choosing a clean plate without greasy streaks was not an easy task. As for the food, mashed potatoes through time diluted to the state of water, rice in bulk, meat is all grilled for lunch and dinner, everything is dry, burnt, especially chicken, and every day the same thing. Minced meat cutlets differed only in shape and name. The biscuits are dry, the cream for the layer is only a hint. The beef is tasteless. An extremely meager selection of vegetables, guava can not be bitten, thanks for the strawberries - it was five days old when the melon was gone. Pizza is dough with sauce smeared on the surface. The pots often ran out of food, they didn't replenish for a very long time, so you had to choose from what was available.
SEA AND BEACH. It's a quiet horror. Our VIP zone is the most remote both to the sea and to the bar. Plus - there were always free sunbeds, albeit in the shade. Minus - the mattresses on the sunbeds are torn and dirty, well, they didn’t pull on the VIP. Everything else is Gelendzhik, sunbeds in a row of 30 pieces right next to each other and people therefore lying shoulder to shoulder, a sewer pipe going under our pantone, by the way, from the territory of the Gafi hotel, foam, dirt, garbage and stains on the water, the stink of motorboat exhausts , which moor to the panton, a part of the beach occupied by catamarans, and a “bar” without snacks, but with constant huge queues for drinks in small plastic cups, no more than two in one hand. The bar is in quotation marks because it's a shabby counter. The towels are shabby. It is impossible to remember the toilet without a shudder, such dirt and stench could only be seen in the public free toilet near the station with us.
Having walked along the embankment from our hotel to the very end of the naam, we realized that our hotel is the most miserable. Both the hotel and the beach.

ANIMATION, i. e. pitiful resemblance. There was something on the beach for about 10 minutes a day, such as dancing animators and charging to the music, which was turned off immediately when the charge was over. There was no water aerobics because there was no sandy clean bottom for this, there was no animation near the pool either. In the evenings, there were some events on the territory of the neighboring piano near their “restaurant”, but there were never empty seats, because. all the chairs were at tables occupied since supper.
POOL AND BARS. The pool was heated alone, barely, so it was scary to take a dip, and even more so to get out of the water. Music from morning to evening is classical, the repertoire has not changed. The bartender Ahmed was friendly and made good cocktails. Although it is difficult to call it cocktails, just some kind of alcohol, filled with juice and syrup. Good cocktails were made to us only in the Cactus bar, and this is not a bar of our hotel, but a nearby cheap one. The second bartender in our hotel, Hesham, is generally a miracle, he only extorted chocolates and inflated his price, calling himself a chef, I didn’t want to drink his cocktails, because in his performance it was slop. As snacks in this bar there were croissants, but not for long, ended after half an hour.
The bar in the lobby did not work, there was no live music, declared in the concept of the hotel, either in the lobby or in the pool bar.
TERRITORY. Dried grass or its complete absence on lawns. Dried bushes and trees. Everything is untidy.
COMPLIMENTS. This is not accepted in this hotel, although it is stated in the concept that it would be logical for a five. No one in the "restaurant" is congratulated, no tambourines and songs.
ALA CART. There is not! ! ! Not a single a la carte restaurant! Those. they seem to be there, but they don't work.
KIDS CLUB AND WATERSLIDES. There is not! ! ! Even in a nearby hotel. Sometime before 2015, a part of the hotel across the road worked, there were slides. Good ones. But now this part of the hotel is closed. I suspect that many people go to this hotel after watching a video of 2014 on youtube, in which the then still working hotel Le Royal Holiday Resort Sharm el Sheikh was filmed by vacationers, now closed, but until 2015 it worked and was very good, with slides and other delights.

TOTAL. It's not a five for sure. This is a triple with a minus compared to those Egyptian fours in which we were. Everything in the hotel feels not even miserliness, but complete zhlobstvo in its worst manifestation. Lawns do not water, save water. Therefore, everything is dried up, running. Chairs, armchairs in restaurants do not change, they are all tattered and covered in dirty stains. The hotel claims room service and room service. So in the hotel they don’t allow food to be taken out of the restaurant in plates, because there are not enough plates in the dining room. If you want to eat a cake with tea in the room in the evening before going to bed, put it in your plastic bag. The lobby bar is closed, although it is cold outside in the winter in the evening. I think it’s specially closed so that people don’t sit in the evenings and drink their alcohol there, you won’t sit on the street for a long time in the evening. Not a single coffee machine! ! ! There is no coffee even in the rooms! There is no instant coffee even in the dining room! A couple of times they put up soluble in a jar for dinner, the rest of the time - diluted slop in a jug. In order to save money. In the bars, alcoholic drinks are all in plastic bottles, and this hotel has the worst of all that we have tried in Egyptian hotels, just bitter water. I have already written about the policy for the distribution of wine in the canteen. Also, in order to save money, the pools are not illuminated. The territory of both our and the neighboring piano is dark. There are many pools in the nearby piano, but none of them are heated.
Conclusion. We will never return to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. There was nothing extremely bad in it, but there was nothing good either that would be remembered and remembered later with pleasure. From the luxury in it, only a soft bed and a chic bathroom. But for the sake of this, going to this hotel is hardly worth the money (we paid $ 1.400 for two for 11 nights, a lot for winter). By the way, the hotel did not rest ANY !! ! Europeans. This is an indicator of the quality and level of the hotel. In all likelihood, European travel agencies do not offer this hotel at all, so as not to go broke on fines and compensation to their disgruntled tourists.
